Mobile Ticketing
PLEASE NOTE: This is a mobile entry event - which means your phone is your ticket! Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. Screenshots will NOT be accepted. We strongly recommend downloading your tickets BEFORE you arrive at the venue so you do not have any trouble getting into the show.

The box office at Cadence Bank Amphitheatre will be open on-day-of-show only. If you’d like to purchase tickets, please visit us at livenation.com.
WILL CALL:
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located near Gate 1 on Elliott Galloway Way. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you, they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.

Where is your lost & found?
If you lose an item while you are at an event, please alert an usher or security staff to see if it has been turned in. Lost items that are found during an event will typically be turned in to our interior Guest Services Tent located on the gate 4 plaza deck. After the concert you may also call 404-233-2227 to inquire about any lost items.

When is the box office open?
The box office at Cadence Bank Amphitheatre will be open on-day-of-show only. If you’d like to purchase tickets, please visit us at livenation.com.
Do you have parking?
Parking is sold on the night of show for $30 plus tax. Handicap Parking is located near Gate 1 on Elliot Galloway Way NE. Please note accessible parking is first come, first served, so if you don't absolutely need it, please park elsewhere.
Will my bag be searched?
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.

How does Lawn Seating work?
The lawn is always first come, first served. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn. Blankets are permitted, but for your safety chairs are not allowed.

Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park strives to ensure that all of our guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here, please make sure you let us know.
- Ticketing- If you require ADA seating, please call 404-233-2227 for assistance. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.

Section B-LADA, rows A & B, seats 1-12
Sections Orch-R, row T, seats 62-84 - Day of Show Parking- Accessible Parking is located on Elliott Galloway Way. These parking spaces are free and on a first come, first served basis.
- Accessible Stations- if you have questions or need assistance please speak with an usher, the Head Ushers can relocate and assist you.
- Unexpected Needs- if you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
- Interpreter Requests- if you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call 404-233-2227 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
- Accommodations- all venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.
What are your alcohol policies?
Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. For some events you are allowed to bring your own food and beverages into the venue. For some events you are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol, guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase. Please click "more info" on the concert you are attending to see if coolers/carry-ins are allowed.
Where can I get all-access passes?
All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit www.livenation.com to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.
What payment methods do you accept?
The venue only accepts credit or debit Visa / MasterCard / Discover and American Express.
ALL points of sale including premier parking, merchandise, food & beverage will ONLY accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apply Pay or Google Pay).
For fans that wish to use cash, cash to card conversion will be available on-site.
Can I bring a service animal?
Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted.
Who do I contact for automobile assistance?
If any assistance is needed with your vehicle, please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider. Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park does not have tow or lockout services on site. Emergency assistance vehicles are permitted on property to assist with lockouts, jumps or tows, but the guest will need to arrange for such services.
Can I bring banners or signs into the venue?
Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.
Are children permitted?
All of our events are all ages. Anyone attending a show at Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the venue.
Can I bring a camera to the show?
SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Do you have food and drinks at the venue?
Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park offers a wide variety of concession options through the venue. This includes cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, fries, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, candy, popcorn, fountain soda (Coca-Cola Products), water, and Red Bull.
Concessions are located throughout the venue.
What happens if my show cancels?
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Is my cell phone permitted at my show?
Generally cell phones are permitted in the venue. On occasion, comedy shows in particular, cell phone usage may not be allowed due to artist requests.
Can I camp at the venue?
The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
Are firearms permitted?
Cadence Bank Amphitheatre at Chastain Park does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

- Emergency
In the event of an emergency while on site- Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. Any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues.

There are a total of four entrance gates to the facility. All gates are available for use regardless of the ticket type.

- Fan Mail
Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park will do our best to get any fan mail sent to the venue to the appropriate parties. We cannot guarantee that any package or letter will be given to an artist. We recommend visiting the artist’s website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.
- Gate Times
Parking lots will generally open two hours prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary, but are usually 60-90 minutes prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these times are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the gates open.
- Group Ticket Sales

- Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. Cadence Bank Amphitheatre at Chastain Park reserves the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason or no reason. If a guest is denied entry to any event, such guest will be issued a refund of the face value of the ticket for the event.

Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee.
- Media Relations / Press Passes
Any media inquiries regarding day of show press needs to be submitted to www.livenation.com/pressrequests Please note media credentials need to be requested a minimum of five business days prior to the event. You must be on assignment from an accredited media outlet to apply for media credentials.
- Medical Assistance
First Aid is located throughout the venue. If you need medical assistance please notify an usher or security personnel and they will get you to the closest First Aid station, or have First Aid staff come to you. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed.
- Merchandise
Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Concert Gear booths located near Gate 1 and near Gate 4. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.
- Overnight Parking
There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owners expense.
- Parking
Parking is sold on the night of show for $30 plus tax. Parking is not available for public purchase in advance.
Handicap Parking is located near Gate 1 on Elliot Galloway Way NE. Please note accessible parking is first come, first served, so if you don't absolutely need it, please park elsewhere.
Directions from the north (I-285/Roswell Road):
To the Blue Lot. Go south on Roswell Road. Turn right onto Mt. Paran. Cross Long Island and Lake Forrest Drive. Turn left onto Powers Ferry. At the stop sign, bear left onto Dudley Lane. Turn right onto Stella Drive. Turn left into the Blue Lot.
To the Red & Yellow Lots: Go south on Roswell Road. Turn right onto Mt. Paran. Cross Long Island and Lake Forrest Drive. Turn left onto Powers Ferry. Turn left into the Red or Yellow Lot.
To the Green Lot: Go south on Roswell Road. Turn right onto Mt. Paran. Cross Long Island and Lake Forrest Drive. Turn left onto Powers Ferry. At the stop sign, bear left onto Dudley Lane. Turn right onto Alex Cooley Parkway. Turn left into the Green Lot.
Directions from the south:Take I-85 North through downtown exiting at GA 400. Take Exit 2 (Buckhead Loop), and turn left at the stoplight. Go one half mile and turn right onto Piedmont Road. Go one and a half miles and turn right onto Roswell Road, following the directions below:
To the Blue Lot: Go north on Roswell Road. Turn left onto West Wieuca. Go through the four-way stop. Immediately, turn right onto Dudley Lane. Turn left onto Stella Drive. Turn left into the Blue Lot.
To the Red & Yellow Lots: Go north on Roswell Road. Turn left onto West Wieuca. Go through the four-way stop. Turn right onto Powers Ferry. Turn right into the Red or Yellow Lot.
To the Green Lot: Go north on Roswell Road. Turn left onto West Wieuca. Go through the four-way stop. Immediately turn right onto Dudley Lane. Turn left onto Alex Cooley Parkway. Turn left into the Green Lot.
- Police Assistance
Local law enforcement are on site for every event and are responsible for directing all traffic into the venue. On duty law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor we will secure them.
- Premium / VIP Seating
If you are interested in purchasing a table or premium tickets, please contact Hannah Duffy. Neither the venue receptionists nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability for these boxes.
- Public Transportation
If you are using Marta, Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park is about a 20 minute walk from the corner of Roswell Road and West Wieuca Road. You will need to take the Number 5 bus to get there.
- Re-Entry
Re-Entry is not permitted at Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening; you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
- Recycling
Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park participates in a venue wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located throughout the venue. Please recycle where possible.
- Restrooms
Restrooms are located in both plazas, near Gate 1 and near Gate 4.
- Safety Protocols
Based on the latest local guidelines, attendees are no longer required to provide proof of negative COVID-19 test and/or vaccination for entry. Safety protocols are subject to change.
- Scalping Tickets
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.

Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

- Security Procedures
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please speak with someone on our security team and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors. - Smoking
Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park is a municipally owned venue and in accordance with the Georgia State Clean Air Act of 2005, smoking is not permitted in any area of the Amphitheatre. We advise you to observe the same practices you would when attending a movie or dining at a restaurant. It is our obligation to protect the health and safety of all our patrons and request you respect this policy and refrain from smoking inside the amphitheatre.
- Sponsorship / Hand Outs
All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office- please call 404-233-2227 and ask to speak with someone in sponsorship. Any handouts or presence on site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site you will be escorted off property.
- Strollers
Are not permitted because there is nowhere for them to be stored. The lawn has an incline that makes it unsafe for strollers to be on the lawn.
- Table Setup Concert
For a Table / Cooler Setup concert, seating is divided into tables of six seats; orchestra seats; and general admission lawn. Orchestra seating allows plenty of room to set up TV trays. Patrons seated on the lawn are allowed to bring in blankets (no lawn chairs). Patrons are also allowed to bring small coolers with your own food and drink. Concessions are also available for purchase inside the amphitheatre from our full-service caterer, Proof of the Pudding, or from our convenient concession stands. A "No Table Setup" means no food or drink may be brought into the amphitheatre; such information is always included on the tickets.
- Tailgating
Tailgating is not allowed in any of the parking lots at Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park.
- Taping
Some shows do allow audio recording so please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.
- Taxis & Rideshare
The easiest place to meet a taxi is at the top of the hill by Gate 2 or you can walk to Horseradish Grill.
Uber pickup and dropoff is at 4469 Stella Drive NW, Atlanta GA 30342
- Traffic
Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement and the venue. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event, we will post this information on our Facebook page.
- Umbrellas
If there is inclement weather, please feel free to bring a rain poncho or small umbrella (no sharp points). No golf umbrellas.
- VIP Parking
The VIP lot is located at the top of Elliot Galloway Way. Guests must have a pass or be on the parking list to access this lots. Guests can enter through any road entrance and be directed to this lot.
- Weather
All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our Facebook page.
An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.
- Will Call
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located near Gate 1 on Elliott Galloway Way. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you, they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
