We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.
- Day of Show Parking - Accessible parking is not reserved in advance. A standard parking pass is all that is required. Vehicles with accessible placards will be assigned accessible parking on a first-come, first-serve basis the day or night of the show. Parking attendants will direct those with accessible plates or placards to accessible parking. Should the accessible parking be full, parking attendants will park you in the closest parking lot and, upon request, will arrange for a golf cart to pick you up and bring you to the venue entrance. If a golf cart is needed upon departing the venue, you may ask any of the ushers and they will arrange for the cart to bring you back to your vehicle. Vehicles with standard parking passes and ADA placards should come to the Main Entrance as soon as possible after parking opens.
- Unexpected Needs - If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
- Interpreter Requests - If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up, we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call (603) 293-4700 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
- Accommodations - All venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

Please do not bring the chair or blanket in a carrying bag as that will violate our "No Bags" policy.
The lawn seating is a general admission area behind the reserved pavilion seats. It is not covered and therefore, is exposed to the elements. In the event of inclement weather, we recommend quality rain gear. Umbrellas are allowed but may not be open during the performances. Smoking is prohibited except in one section to the far right of the lawn. You may bring a lawn chair in, but it must meet the specifications listed below. Lawn chair rentals are available and can be reserved here. Blankets are also permitted. The grass is sloped for optimum viewing angles. If you have trouble walking up inclined surfaces, lawn seating may not be the best option for you. If lawn seating is your only option, please see our staff for assistance.

BankNH Pavilion participates in a venue wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located throughout the venue. Please recycle where possible.
Restrooms are located to the right of the main entrance, next to the Pavilion, on the Lawn and in between the VIP lounge and Harpoon Saloon.
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.
Your safety and security are most important to us. The following details will outline our general venue’s guidelines: https://www.livenation.com/venueguidelines. "If You See Something, Say Something©" is a national anti-terrorism campaign that raises public awareness of the indicators of terrorism and terrorism-related crime, as well as the importance of reporting suspicious activity to state and local law enforcement.
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please visit our Box Office located next to the Main Entrance and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors. More information can be found here: https://www.livenation.com/venueguidelines/
Smoking is allowed on the far right section of the lawn. Please note: no smoking is allowed in the Harpoon or VIP bars. There is also no smoking allowed in the reserved seats or in the midway. This policy applies to E-Cigarettes or smokeless cigarettes as well. Click on the map below for a larger version.
Sponsorship / Hand Outs
All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our VP of Venue Partnerships, Emma Womack, (603) 293-4700, ext. 208. Any handouts or presence on site needs to be reviewed and approved with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site, you will be escorted off property.
Are not permitted because there is nowhere for them to be stored. The lawn has an incline that makes it unsafe for strollers to be on the lawn.
We have several parking areas and we condone and even, promote, responsible tailgating. Tailgating can be a very big part of making the event fun and memorable for you. That being said, the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages, in our parking areas, actually violates a local Gilford ordinance. Underage drinking and/or intoxication, will most certainly cause you to miss the show and may lead to being arrested.
Some shows do allow audio recording so please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.
Umbrellas are allowed inside the venue. We ask that you are courteous and keep your umbrella closed during the performance to not obstruct anyone's view. We recommend wearing ponchos or other rain gear. The show will go on rain or shine.
All performances will go on rain or shine. In the event of a weather emergency, like a hurricane, events will most likely be rescheduled. In the event of inclement weather, please use quality rain gear. Umbrellas are allowed but may not be open during performances.
An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.
