Know Before You Go
We can’t wait to see you! Here’s what to expect when you visit us. Keep an eye on our website and social media handles as circumstances are subject to change.
Coming to a show? Here's a few things to know before you go!
Due to Riverside's Festival of Lights, traffic may be heavy and parking limited through the months of November & December. We highly encourage early arrival, rideshare, and carpooling. Please visit https://riversideca.gov/publicworks/content/downtown-parking to learn about parking around the venue. Please account for enough time to travel and park to ensure prompt arrival.
Ticketed time is when guests should arrive and the doors will open for all events.
*For comedy events, doors open 1 hour prior to the show.
There is a parking garage and limited street parking next to our venue. For a full view of parking options in Riverside, please see here.
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.
For more information on mobile entry, click here.

Our Box Office is located at 3801 Mission Inn Avenue directly on the front of the venue.
Our Box Office is open Wednesday - Friday from 12pm-4pm. On show days, our Box Office opens about an hour prior to doors opening. You can contact our Box Office by calling 951-779-9800.
