Will Call Tickets may be picked up at the DIA Box Office at the Farnsworth entrance. Customers will need their Confirmation Number and Photo Identification.
For additional information, call Visitor Services at 313/833-4005 or 313/833-7940. The DIA is wheelchair and stroller accessible at the Farnsworth St. entrance on the south side. Child back carriers are not allowed; back packs and oversized purses must be checked. The DIA has a limited number of wheelchairs available on site. A Wheelchair can be reserved at the Farnsworth entrance and are subject to availability.
Underground Garage Parking is available at Farnsworth and Woodward. Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to Midnight: Fee $3.25 Saturday 8:00 AM to Midnight: Fee $2.25 Sunday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM: Fee $2.25 Cultural Center Parking is available at John R and Fredrick Douglas. Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM: Fee $2.00 Tuesday - Thursday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM: Fee $3.00 Meter Parking is available, meter parking is free on weekends.
General Rules: No Smoking inside the DIA. No food, drinks or gum will be allowed into the exhibition area. There is no re-entry to the exhibition. No Cameras or Video Recorders. (Cameras permitted the DIA Collection only) Please do not touch items in the Exhibit. Exhibition and Entry Times Exhibition hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Approximate length of the exhibition is 1-1/2 hours. Immedidate entry (exactly on the half hour) is not guaranteed. A recorded tour is included in the price of all tickets. No refunds or exchanges for this special event.
Child Rules: Children ages 5 and under are free. Young people ages 6 to 17 are $8.
