Toyota Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue.&nbsp;A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.

All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit www.livenation.com to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.

Like many venues and other large places of assembly, the Toyota Amphitheatre has a “no pets” policy.&nbsp;However, Live Nation’s policy explicitly permits guests with disabilities who use dogs as service animals. Toyota Amphitheatre’s (policy, consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defines “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.&nbsp;The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability.&nbsp;Toyota Amphitheatre requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents him or her from using these devices.&nbsp;Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.

Animals- Service

We are now a cashless venue!We offer multiple kiosks and customer service reps to assist in placing your cash onto a card to use for purchases at this venue. There is no fee, and you can use the card anywhere after the show.&nbsp;

ATM's

If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance, provider. Toyota Amphitheatre does not have tow or lockout services on site. Emergency assistance vehicles are permitted on property to assist with lockouts, jumps or tows but the guest will need to arrange for such services.

Automobile Assistance

All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guest have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

Bag Inspections

Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 inches are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.

The box office has closed for the remainder of the 2021 year and will reopen in the Spring of 2022.We do not sell tickets here from this venue any longer, but can assist with Live Nation or Ticket Master purchases. Tickets are sold online through livenation.com or ticketmaster.com&nbsp;

Box Office

Buses are considered an oversized vehicle and will be charged up to $100.00 if they will be remaining on site during the event. Buses that will be dropping off guests can leave the parking lot and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the event with no additional charge. All buses will be boarded by our security staff to ensure no underage drinking is taking place on the bus. If there is any underage drinking- the whole bus will be turned around and no one will be able to enter the event. The venue will not issue refunds and bears no expense that will be incurred due to non-admittance. Yuba County Sheriffs will be on site assisting in the bus lot to ensure all guests on buses are acting appropriately and within accordance of the law. *Subject to change based on event.

Bus Parking

SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.

Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Generally, cell phones are permitted in the venue.&nbsp;On occasions, comedy shows, in particular, cell phones usage may not be allowed due to artist requests.

Guests are permitted to bring in One (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations.&nbsp;refillable plastic water bottles are permitted. Camelbacks are not permitted.Water fountains are located near both restroom facilities in the Sierra and Butte Plazas.

Drinking Water

The drop off area is located near the Uber Lot. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you. Guests cannot remain in their vehicles during the event- they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. If you are not back within 45 minutes of the end of the event- you will not be allowed to enter until the majority of cars have exited the parking lot. Local law enforcement will shut down all incoming traffic and only allow traffic out of the venue.

Drop Offs

In the event of an emergency while on site- Toyota Amphitheatre has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located at Gate D, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd-related issues. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. There is a total of Two (2) entrance gates to the facility. Our Main Entrance is available for use regardless of the ticket type. There is One (1) Fast Lane gate located at our Main Entrance. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate. The VIP Club has a separate entry gate located to the left of the Box Office. All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket.

Fan Assistance

Toyota Amphitheatre will do our best to get any fan mail sent to the venue to the appropriate parties. We cannot guarantee that any package or letter will be given to an artist. We recommend visiting the artist’s website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.

For select events, guests can purchase Fast Lane passes via&nbsp;<a href="http://www.livenation.com/" target="_blank">www.livenation.com</a>&nbsp;for each event. The Fast Lane passes do not permit the guest to enter any earlier than the designated gate time, however, it does have a shorter line. Fast Lane Gates are located at our Main Entrance.

Parking lots will generally open 1.0 to 1.5 hours prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary but are usually 1.5 hours prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.

Toyota Amphitheatre does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show the only option would be to contact our Premium Seating Department at (925) 692-2408. Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.

Group Ticket Sales

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.&nbsp;

Lawn Chair Rental

The lawn is always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.

If you lose an item while you are at an event- you can check in with the Guest services booth near the merchandise tent in the plaza. Our venue reception is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will have all of the lost and found following each event. You can call in advance to see if we have your item (530) 743-5200. Please do not come out to the venue outside of normal business hours as we will not be able to assist you. You are not permitted to come into the facility and search for your item. All items found are kept for a period of thirty (30) days prior to being donated to local charities.

Media Relations / Press Passes

First Aid is located at Gate D. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator please go to Gate D and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.

It is recommended that guests bringing medication into the venue for necessary or possible administration during the show utilize or have with them the original container and/or label pertaining to the prescription, or other form of documentation or confirmation of personal medical use, which may be requested of the guest for examination and verification by venue staff or security

Medication Needs

Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Tour Merchandise booths located in the Sierra and Butte Plazas. All merchandise is the property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.

Motorcycles can park in Lot B and Lot C. There is no additional fee for motorcycle parking.

There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owner's expense.

General parking is included in the ticket price for most events. When parking is not included in the ticket price, lot parking is determined on a show by show basis. Handicap parking is available on site through our South Entrance Gate. Please have your placard visible and the attendants will direct you to the designated area. Premier Parking is available for purchase online. Prices for Premier Parking range from $30.00 to $60.00 for automobiles and $80.00 to $100.00 for&nbsp;limousines/RVs/buses. Premier Parking prices will increase for automobiles and limousines/RVs/buses when purchased on the day&nbsp;of the&nbsp;show at Toyota Amphitheatre. We recommend purchasing in advance for your convenience.<ul><li>Oversized vehicles&nbsp;- including buses and RV's –A limited number of RV spaces are located at the back of Lot A with a&nbsp;parking pass. There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site after an event will be towed at&nbsp;the owner’s expense.</li><li>Limousines- cannot drop off and pick up at the front of Lot A.&nbsp;Limousines can park in the back of the VIP lot with the properly paid&nbsp;parking pass.</li></ul>

Parking

Local law enforcement is on site for every event and are responsible for directing all traffic into the venue. On Duty, law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor we will secure them.

Premier Parking is available for every event. The price will vary based on the event. This can be purchased prior to the show via&nbsp;<a href="https://www.livenation.com/" target="_blank">www.livenation.com</a>&nbsp;or on site at the venue. Premier Parking is located in&nbsp;Lot B and Lot C. Premier Parking&nbsp;does not&nbsp;guarantee early exit out of the parking lot.

There are no local provisions in place to accommodate public transportation to Toyota Amphitheatre.

Re-Entry is not permitted at Toyota Amphitheatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

While we are an open-air facility – There is no smoking in the seating areas. We ask that if you wish to smoke, you do so in the plaza areas of the venue. We appreciate your cooperation.

Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located to the left of the main entrance gate. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.If tickets or passes are being left for you- they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.

We&rsquo;re committed to doing everything we can to ensure we can continue bringing amazing live concerts to fans. Prior to entry into Toyota Amphitheatre, ALL shows will require attendees to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event OR full COVID-19 vaccination (at least two weeks after final dose). Proof of full vaccination requires the last vaccination dose to be administered at least two weeks prior to the event date. If your dose is from a vaccine series that requires two doses, full vaccination status requirement would be met only 14 days after the second dose. For those guests who have only received the first of two doses, proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test will be required, and taken within 72 hours prior to the event date.
How soon to the event date should I take a COVID-19 diagnostic test?
For events that require proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test, most events are requiring the test to be taken within 72 hours prior to the event date. Check the event details page for Health Check requirements for your specific event.
A member of our group is under 12 years of age and is ineligible for vaccination, can he/she still attend an event&nbsp;requiring vaccination?
When an event requires proof of a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination, any unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age will be required to provide printed proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test taken within 72 hours prior to entering the venue.
I am ineligible for vaccination due to underlying health conditions, am I still able to attend my event?
When an event requires proof of a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination, unvaccinated fans with a valid medical restriction will be required to provide printed proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test prior to entering the venue.
Will I have to wear a mask?
Guests are encouraged to wear a mask if they&rsquo;d like to.

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12&rdquo; x 6&rdquo; x 12&rdquo; and/or small clutch bags (4.5&rdquo;x 6.5&rdquo;).&nbsp;

Mask Policy

All 2021 events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will&nbsp;not&nbsp;be emailed or available for print (for previously scheduled shows where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honored accordingly).&nbsp;
You have two options to access your tickets:
1. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by downloading the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.livenation.com/mobile/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Live Nation App</a>.&nbsp;
- Click My Tickets and select your upcoming show.
- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!
- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry
2. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by visiting&nbsp;<a href="https://concerts.livenation.com/member" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Live Nation on your mobile browser</a>.
- On your mobile phone, visit&nbsp;<a href="https://concerts.livenation.com/member" target="_blank" rel="noopener">livenation.com</a>&nbsp;in your web browser and select My Tickets.
- Sign in and select your desired order.
- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!
- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry.
Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
Additional Tips:
Purchase tickets for a group? Arriving separately?&nbsp;<a href="http://help.livenation.com/ticket-delivery/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Transfer tickets</a>&nbsp;directly to friends and family using the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.livenation.com/mobile/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Live Nation App</a>. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.
- Using the Live Nation App or your phone's web browser, sign in to your account.
- Select the desired order and tap Transfer Tickets (event eligibility may vary).
- Select the ticket you'd like to transfer. Add the recipient's information and send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket.
Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time at the venue. Increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning. Lastly, make sure you have a fully charged battery!

Enhanced protocols have been instituted throughout the entire venue.&nbsp; Before and after each show all high touch areas, including seats, handrails, concessions stands, restrooms and merchandise stands will be disinfected.
Clorox&nbsp;Hand&nbsp;Sanitizing Dispensers&nbsp;will be located prominently throughout the venue.&nbsp; Each unit will be checked every 30 minutes to ensure the units have adequate product.
Clorox&nbsp;Disinfectant&nbsp;wipes&nbsp;will be readily available in high-touch areas, including bathrooms, dining &amp; picnic tables, bars and concessions areas throughout the venue.

Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitization

If you feel sick, stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19, which can include the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.
