Doors Time
Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Bag Policy
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Cashless Payments
Cashless payments will be available at all points of sale and are recommended
We are located at 1417 R St, Sacramento, CA 95811. Nearby street parking is available. Parking is available for $5/space at the SEIU parking lot on R Street between 13th & 14th Streets after 5:00pm seven days a week. Please note that Ace of Spades does not operate this parking lot. Additionally, Ace of Spades has partnered with ParkWhiz to offer other easy and reliable options. Click HERE to book parking.

Ticketing for Live Nation shows are handled exclusively through Ticketmaster. You can purchase tickets via phone at the Ticketmaster Service Line 1 (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources (StubHub, VividSeats, Craigslist) may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

- Ticketing- We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you reach out in advance. There is a special seating area for those with mobility limitations. We are able to accommodate up to two people per party. ADA seating is limited, so we recommend making a reservation as soon as you purchase your ticket. Please purchase General Admission tickets and make an ADA reservation when your purchase is completed. To make a reservation please email ACEADA@livenation.com, with the Date and Show you will be attending. We will do our best to accommodate all reservations and cannot guarantee space without one.
- Day of Show Parking- Ace of Spades does not have their own parking lot, however, there is wheelchair accessible parking in the parking lot across from Ace of Spades located on the corner of R and 14th St. Parking is on a first come first serve basis.
- Unexpected Needs- If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
- Interpreter Requests- If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge. Email AceOfSpades@livenation.com to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
- Hearing Assistance- Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days' notice. We can be reached at AceOfSpades@livenation.com
- Service Animals- Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted. Ace of Spades requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
- Accommodations- All venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.
Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery and our NEW Tribute Mocktails are just that. With a salute to the classics, Tribute cocktails are just as good as the real thing, just without the alcohol. Choose from one of the following flavorful cocktails available at all our bars!
• Rum Lime Rewind: Lyre's White Cane Spirit, Monin Guava, Lime Juice with Club Soda

We are now a cashless venue!
We offer multiple kiosks and customer service reps to assist in placing your cash onto a card to use for purchases at this venue. There is no fee, and you can use the card anywhere after the show.
Where should I park?

The times posted on each event indicates the time that doors open. Show times vary and are subject to change, but generally the show starts one hour after doors open.

What are the age restrictions?
Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed on our online event calendar. If no age restriction is listed, the event is an All-Ages show. All attendees are required to purchase a full price ticket regardless of age.
Do I need an ID to attend?
We ask that all guest 18+ provide a vaild ID or passport upon entry. A valid ID is required to attend any age restricted events. Please look at the event page for any restrictions by show.
To consume alcohol at Ace of Spades, we’ll need to see some form of valid, non-expired U.S. government ID. State issued ID or Drivers License, or a Passport are acceptable forms of identification.
Please note that Ace of Spades has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.
Do you have seating available?
We are a general admission standing venue. Limited GA seating is available in our bar/lounge area. For information regarding Premium Seating Upgrades, see below.
Want to upgrade your experience? Premium Seating is available on most shows.
Premium Seats are priced per person, per seat and do not include a general admission ticket. Contact us at AceOfSpadesPremiumSeating@livenation.com to receive more info or call us at (916) 930-0220. Seat reservations are not confirmed until purchased.

I bought tickets but can’t attend the event; can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final unless a headliner cancels their performance. Please contact the point of purchase for refund inquiries.
Can I leave the venue and come back in?
We do not allow re-entry. However, if you have a specific medical need that requires re-entry please ask to speak with management.

Are cameras allowed?
Professional cameras and/or cameras will detachable lenses are NOT allowed without a valid media pass. Personal point-and-shoot cameras or cellphones are OK.

Do you have a coat check?
Yes! We offer coat check on all of our shows. You can purchase in advance online as an upgrade or visit the Coat Check attendant once you arrive!
