Coming to a show? Here's a few things to know before you go!
Doors Time
Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Parking
We have parking at the Observatory. From West Lake Center Drive you’ll see signs for our parking areas. Parking is $10 per car (credit or debit card only, no cash), so we recommend ridesharing. There are also a few streets within walking distance where you can park, but we recommend you do not parking in any of the surrounding parking lots, as your car will likely be towed.

The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.
For more information on mobile entry, click here.
Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.

Our Box Office is located at 3503 S Harbor Blvd directly in front of the venue.
The Box Office will be open on day-of-show only. If you’re looking to purchase tickets, we ask you to visit our events tab. On show days, our Box Office opens about two hours before doors.

Do you have ADA Accessible Areas?
Yes. While The Observatory and The Constellation Room are standing-room only, we have an ADA section for qualified patrons. We also have ADA ramp access into the building and ADA restrooms. We suggest you get to the venue early for the best viewing options in the ADA area. The ADA area doesn’t fill up often, but depending on the show, it might. If you’re able, arrive ten minutes before doors and speak to our staff. We will do our best to get you into the building as soon as doors open. Please note that each ADA guest is allowed one extra guest into the ADA area.

Can I get tickets for the show at the door?
We suggest buying tickets ahead of time, and we STRONGLY suggest avoiding third-party ticket resellers, especially for sold out shows.
When does the show start?
Start times are listed on the website for each show. As a general rule, though, shows start one hour after doors. Set times for each act and headliner change with each lineup. Keep in mind that the “show start time” may mean the headliner, one opening act, or several opening acts.
What are the set times for tonight’s event? How late does the show go?
Typically we don’t receive the show’s set times until the day of the show. We urge patrons to show up around door time of the event to get the most out of their ticket purchase.
What if the show I want to attend sells out?
Do you have a lost and found?
Lost and found is held in the box office. We hold items for at least two weeks before they are donated to charity, and we always contact owners of lost IDs and phones whenever possible. Click on the link below to view our virtual lost and found! You can communicate with us immediately and set up a time to pick up your item. Don't want to come back? No problem, you can set up shipping right from the website. Just click here.
I lost my ID. Can I still get in the venue?
To consume alcohol at The Observatory, we’ll need to see some form of valid, non-expired U.S. government ID. If you don’t have your state ID or Driver’s License, a passport is the best U.S. ID, so bring that. If you don’t have a passport, the only other IDs that will work are your birth certificate or a temporary ID from the DMV, and for these we’ll have to see some other form of ID that has your photo.
Please note that The Observatory has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue. We are very strict about this rule and all violators will be removed from the building without any additional chances or warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.

Shows at the Observatory and Constellation Room are all ages, unless otherwise noted. Age restrictions will be listed on our website and ticketing page.
Do children need a ticket?
