Where is The Wiltern located?

We are located at 3790 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, 90010 on the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Western Avenue in Koreatown.  
Fun fact: The Wiltern was named as a combination of Wilshire and Western.

Box Office/Will Call?

Due to the ongoing global pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and venue staff members, the box office at the Wiltern will be open on day-of-show only -- opening 2 hours before the door time.
Will Call also opens two hours prior to door time. Artist/VIP guest list may not arrive until door time. Remember to bring your photo ID and the credit card used to purchase your tickets!

Can I park at the venue?

We offer premium Wiltern Underground parking and upgrades on select shows. Click here to check your event.   
Otherwise, there are several paid parking lots in the area. The most convenient lot is the Ralphs parking structure, adjacent to the venue. Enter from Oxford street and only through the north entrance - not the Ralphs entrance. (We do not own or operate the Ralph&rsquo;s lot). 
The Metro Purple Line stops right across the street from The Wiltern at the Wilshire/Western station and connects with Downtown LA, Union Station and the Metro Red Line (to Hollywood). Metro Purple Line operates until midnight on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) and 2:00AM on weekends. Please check metro.net for the most up to date information.

House policy is 5+ up unless otherwise specified. Everyone needs a ticket for admittance.

Can I eat/drink at The Wiltern?

We serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages along with concession items such as popcorn, chips, pizza, churros, and nachos.  We are a CASHLESS venue-- all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Can I leave the venue and come back in?

Accepted Answer

In-and-outs are not permitted at our venue. Once leave the venue you will not be allowed back inside.

Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

If a show cancels, please contact your point of purchase for a refund. If tickets were purchased on Ticketmaster or LiveNation.com, you will get an automatic refund to your original payment method. If you purchased in person at our box office contact frontoffice@livenation.com. 
If you&rsquo;re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled or rescheduled, please visit www.livenation.com/refund for more information.

Do you have Accessible Seating? Do you have an elevator?

Since we are a historical monument in Los Angeles, we do not have an elevator. We offer accessible seats on the main floor. You can purchase them on Ticketmaster.com or LiveNation.com. If you have trouble purchasing, you can email frontoffice@livenation.com.

Do you have lost and found?

Yes. Please email us at frontoffice@livenation.com with your name, the show you lost your item at, as well as a good description of the item.  We will contact you if we have found your lost item.

Do you have coat check?

The Wiltern offers a coat check service inside the ticket lobby for a $5.00 service fee. We are a CASHLESS venue-- all major credit and debit cards are accepted. 
Any personal protection items (pepper spray, pocket knives, etc.) &ndash; are required to be left at coat check before entering the venue and can be retrieved upon departure-- no fee for personal protection items.

Do you have seats at the venue?

The Loge and Mezzanine sections are entirely seated always. Upstairs theatre seats are ODD and EVEN numbered (ie: 106 &108 are next to each other)
GA FLOOR shows indicate that the main floor is general admission standing room.
**Tickets are non-transferable between floors&mdash;upstairs tickets must remain upstairs and downstairs must remain downstairs.  Bar/concession stands and restrooms are located on both levels.
Access to the PIT varies show by show:
GA PIT shows are SOLD SEPARATELY and available when purchasing tickets.   
Otherwise, pit wristbands are distributed on a first come, first served basis at lineup prior to entry on the night of the event.
