All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guest have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

Please note that we we require either a clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc bag (maximum size 12" x 6" x 12") OR small clutch bags that don't need to be clear (maximum size 6" x 9")

Freedom Mortgage Pavilion has three entrances along Delaware Avenue. The lobby entrance is located directly to the right of the Walt Whitman box office, the Walt Whitman Plaza gate located to the left of the Walt Whitman box office, and the Ben Franklin Plaza gate located on the far east side of the venue.

New screening technology is in use to improve your experience entering the venue. Please pass through our security units one at a time, single file. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please ask for a supervisor and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors. For select events guests can purchase Fast Lane passes via www.livenation.com for each event. The Fast Lane passes do not permit the guest to enter any earlier than the designated gate time, however it does have a shorter line. Fast Lane Gates are located at the Walt Whitman lobby and Ben Franklin gate.

Parking is located in the surrounding Camden Waterfront area. Pricing varies by event and location.

OVERSIZED VEHICLES: We can accommodate oversized vehicles in our lots. Please see a parking attendant on site for further directions.

Premier Parking is available for every event. The price will vary based on event. This can be purchased prior to the show here.

VIP Parking is located in Lot 1 (located directly across from the venue) and can be accessed at Clinton and Second Street. Guests must have the required pass to access this lot.

Uber and Lyft drop-off points are located at the Wiggins Circle (end of Martin Luther King Boulevard) and the corner of Clinton and 3rd Street. Both drop-off points are a short half-block walk to the venue. Taxis are usually available at the Walter Rand Transportation Center.

Our Box Office is open Fridays from 10am to 3pm. On show days, our box office opens 60 minutes prior to door time.

Re-Entry is not permitted at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion.  Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

The VIP Club has a separate venue entrance located on Delaware Avenue between the Walt Whitman Plaza gate and the Walt Whitman Lobby entrance. All guests using this entrance must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket.

Neither the venue receptionists nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability for these boxes. Freedom Mortgage Pavilion offers a wide variety of concession options through the venue. This includes cheeseburgers, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, candy, popcorn, fountain soda, Liquid Death water, and energy drinks.

Concessions are located throughout the venue.

Freedom Mortgage Pavilion offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.

Our concessionaire offers free fountain sodas to fans who commit to being the designated drivers for their parties. Please visit the designated driver booth in the Walt Whitman Lobby.

We are committed to creating a SAFE environment that is fan friendly for all of our guests to enjoy. For most fans, tailgating is a time for listening to music while enjoying the company of friends and family. For your SAFETY and the enjoyment of all, we ask that you please help by observing these tailgating guidelines: Freedom Mortgage Pavilion parking lots are reserved for concert patrons only. 

No open containers are permitted in parking lots. Please be aware of your surroundings and make note of where you are parked. Please be careful and mindful of all vehicle traffic while in the parking lot especially while your row is being parked. Parking is first come-first served. No saving of parking spaces is permitted. Occupy only ONE parking space per vehicle. Guests must tailgate in front of or behind their vehicle only. Tailgating at your vehicle should not interfere with the normal traffic flow. All tailgating activities must be conducted in accordance New Jersey State law and City of Camden Municipal Code MC:1017 and MC:129-22.

Underage drinking is prohibited by law and minors in possession will be addressed aggressively by Camden County Metro Police, Camden County Sheriff’s Officers, and Live Nation event staff. Event Security and parking lot staff will continuously patrol the lots to provide information (door times, show times, etc) and assistance and to ensure that guests comply with the established tailgating guidelines.

No tents or canopies will be allowed in order to keep the drive aisles clear for traffic flow and emergency vehicles. All guests will be encouraged to enter the facility at the start of the advertised show time.

Please clean up your tailgating area before entering the show. Bring trash bags with you to dispose of trash. Trash and recycling dumpsters will be placed throughout the parking lots, please refrain from leaving loose trash and litter in the parking areas. Generally, the parking lots will open and tailgating will be allowed to start 2 hours prior to the door time, however, parking lot opening times may vary for some concerts.Tailgating will shut down when the doors to the facility open. Guests will be asked to enter the show or leave the parking lot. Tailgating is not allowed after the concert. All parking lots will be closed at the conclusion of events.

There is no smoking allowed in the Pavilion except in designated outdoor (plaza) areas and on the lawn IF nearby guests do not complain; should nearby guests complain, we ask that you relocate to a designated outdoor smoking area. Smoking rules apply to all smoking and vaping materials.

• Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags no larger than 6”x 9”. 

• Small Blankets / Beach Towels

• Cameras - non-professional only, no detachable lenses

• Food - in a clear, 1-gallon ziplock bag

• Water - up to 1 liter in a factory sealed or empty bottle

Guests are permitted to bring in One (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one liter in size. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic water bottles are permitted. Camelbacks are not permitted.

Water fountains are located outside of each public restroom. Water bottle refilling stations are also located in both Walt Whitman Plaza and Ben Franklin Plaza.

For most shows, small portable umbrellas without pointed ends are permitted. No full-sized, oversized, or beach umbrellas will be permitted. Tents and cabanas are prohibited.

Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event we will post this information on our social media pages. Heavy traffic is expected throughout the season, please plan to arrive early to ensure you get to your show on time.

No outside lawn chairs are permitted inside the venue for any event. Lawn chairs rentals are available on site (prices may vary), or purchased ahead of time for on-site pick-up here.

The lawn is always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes.

There is no camping or overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorised vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event could be towed at the owner's expense.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in.

Some shows do allow audio recording so please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.

Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted.

In the event of an emergency while on site, Freedom Mortgage Pavilion has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located on the Walt Whitman Plaza, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues.

All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages.

An event may be delayed, postponed, or cancelled depending on the severity of the weather expected.

First Aid is located on the Walt Whitman Plaza. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator please go to First Aid and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.

If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider. Freedom Mortgage Pavilion does not have tow or lockout services on site. Emergency assistance vehicles are permitted on property to assist with lockouts, jumps or tows but the guest will need to arrange for such services.

Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. -update with CHEA language- All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please visit our First Aid station located in the rear of the main plaza and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

Generally, our Admin Hours are from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

ATMs are available to load cash onto a debit card for use within the venue. 

Please note: ATMs do not dispense cash.

Items turned in to Guest Services will be held for 24 hours and discarded. Please call 856 365-1300 for lost item inquiries.

Bike racks are located next to the Ben Franklin Box Office. All bikes must be removed by the end of the event. Freedom Mortgage Pavilion is not responsible for lost or stolen bicycles. 

All of our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.

Strollers are not permitted and there is nowhere for them to be stored at the venue.

Generally cell phones are permitted in the venue. On occasions, comedy shows in particular, cell phones usage may not be allowed due to artist requests.

Freedom Mortgage Pavilion does not allow weapons on our property. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

Freedom Mortgage Pavilion will do our best to get any fan mail sent to the venue to the appropriate parties. We cannot guarantee that any package or letter will be given to an artist. We recommend visiting the artist’s website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.

Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee. 

Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.

Freedom Mortgage Pavilion strives to ensure that all of our guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here please make sure you let us know.

• Ticketing- ADA tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through http://www.livenation.com . Look for the  logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.

• Day of Show Parking- Accessible Parking is located in Lot 1 (directly across from the venue). Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. 

You do not need to have an accessible placard in order to park in this lot, but please be advised that parking is limited. If you do not absolutely need accessible parking- please park in the general lots.

• Accessible Stations- if you have questions or need assistance we have a table staffed with customer service employees to help answer questions related to seating or other accommodations. These stations are located in the Walt Whitman Lobby under the “Guest Services” sign.

• Unexpected Needs- if you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. 

We may have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you.

• Interpreter Requests- if you will need an interpreter for an event please give us at least 3 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call (856) 365-1300 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

• Accommodations- all venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

All points of sale will only accept credit or debit. In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available on-site to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

Please visit the artist's website to find out if they are selling VIP packages for their show. All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase.

No meet and greet or backstage passes are available for purchase at the venue. For passes of this nature, please explore LiveNation.com or the band’s fan site for availability.

All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office- please call 856.365.1300 and ask to speak with someone in sponsorship. Any handouts or presence on site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site you will be escorted off property.

Merchandise will be available for concerts at our merchandise booths located throughout the venue.

For Festival shows, there will be merchandise located throughout the facility and sold by various vendors. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.

Freedom Mortgage Pavilion participates in a venue wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located though-out the venue. Please recycle where possible.

Freedom Mortgage Pavilion does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show the only option would be to contact our Season Ticketing Department at. Season Ticketing sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.
