Doors Time
Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Bag Policy
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Cashless Payments
Cashless payments will be available at all points of sale and are recommended
Due to the ongoing construction associated with the Casino, the box office is closed for walk up sales. ADA Details
The Fillmore New Orleans offers ADA seating and additional accommodations (as needed) for those with disabilities. To inquire in advance, please contact the box office directly for further details. To inquire on-site/upon arrival, please arrive as early as possible to speak to a Guest Services or Box Office representative for further assistance. There is ADA accessibility to The Fillmore located at the Fillmore entrance at 6 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70130 or from inside Harrah’s Casino. Please see a Harrah’s host for direction to the elevator inside the casino.
Age Restrictions
Unless otherwise noted, most shows are an all ages. All patrons regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the facility. 18 or 21 shows will be noted online and will require valid ID. All Fillmore guests will be asked to provide valid ID, even if they have already been asked by casino staff.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome (with an admission ticket) at family-oriented concerts and performances. Appropriate adult supervision may be required.
For any concerts and performances that may not be suitable for young children, venue management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason, including concerns about safety.
Children of any age may NOT attend a "18 " or "21 " concert or performance.

Camera Policy
The camera policy depends on each individual artist or performer's policies. Usually, small point-and-shoot cameras and cell-phone cameras are allowed. Cameras with lenses on them are considered to be professional-length are not allowed to be brought into the venue, unless artist has given prior approval to individual. Security will ask guests to leave such cameras in their cars. Audio or video recording is also almost never allowed at concerts unless otherwise noted.

Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the venue.
Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or walk through metal detection and/or pat-downs) to ensure that nothing on the restricted list of items enters the building.
We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home.
You may be asked to empty your pockets of all items so that they can be examined.
All alcohol and narcotic laws will be strictly enforced.
All bags will be searched and must adhere to our clear bag policy.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our Management or Security so we can ensure the best experience possible.

No guns, knives, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind.
No video cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
No professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management

Zero Tolerance For Drug Use or Possession
The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and narcotics officers will be working and enforcing all drug related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please come with a smile and be prepared to enjoy a fun filled night of music and dancing.
Safety and Medical
Live Nation is dedicated to providing a safe environment. Public and private security will be present throughout the entire event. The Security Staff will be available to assist your needs including any medical requests.
Dress Code
If you plan to enter through the public entrance, there is no specific dress code, but clothing and shoes are required. Style is totally up to you.
If you are planning to enter through Harrah’s Casino, please note they have their own dress code restrictions separate from The Fillmore New Orleans.
Harrah’s Casino Restrictions:
Any clothing that has words, pictures or terms that may be offensive to other guests
Clothing that is too revealing and does not adequately cover private body parts

Clothing worn for the beach, sleepwear, or exercise/workout may not be permitted.

Re-Entry
We have a No Re-Entry policy. You may exit the venue for air or a cigarette if you exit to our smoking patio. The Fillmore New Orleans’ smoking /outdoor area is located through the west side music hall steps and has limited space. Smokers may be asked to wait on a one in/one out bias for their turn to go outside. Fillmore Premium Seats Members have the ability to re-enter the venue, but first go back through all security processing.
Show Cancellations
If a show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (artist illness for example), you will be refunded the entire amount (services fees included) of your ticket price via the point of purchase. If you purchased a ticket online - your credit card will automatically be refunded (if the show is not rescheduled for a later date). You can always also call 800-745-3000 to speak to a Ticketmaster representative regarding your refund.
What is the Fast Lane Ticket?
The Fast Lane Ticket allows you entrance to the venue prior to the general public. Please note Fast Lane tickets do not grant access to The Fillmore New Orleans VIP Club/VIP Private Bar/VIP Private Bathrooms. The Fast Lane Tickets are also NOT a ticket to a show - they are considered an amenity. Patrons who attempt to enter shows with just a Fast Lane ticket will not be allowed into the show without an actual event ticket. The Fast Lane ticket is available on a show by show basis.
Where is The Fillmore Located?
We are located on the second floor of the Harrah’s New Orleans Casino. The physical address is 6 N Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70130. Guests can enter The Fillmore from the entrance located on Canal Street directly before the Harrah’s New Orleans Casino Valet entrance. All guests under the age of 21, must enter and exit this entrance. Guests 21 can also enter The Fillmore through Harrah’s New Orleans Casino via Masquerade Lounge, located in the center of the Casino. When leaving the show, Guests may exit out through the casino or to Canal St through The Fillmore’s main entrance.
Where is the restroom?
At The Fillmore the public restrooms are located to the left side of the stage down the hall from the Lobby bar and BG's Lounge.
