Know Before You Go
We can’t wait to see you at FivePoint Amphitheatre! Here’s what to expect when you visit us again. *Keep an eye on our website and social media handles, as guidelines are subject to change.
Please review Clear Bag Policy, Mobile Ticketing, and Contactless Payment information before you arrive:
- A clear bag policy is in place. Clear bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” or small clutch bags up to 6” x 9” (doesn’t have to be clear) are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry.
- All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. For more information on mobile entry, click here. Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
- We are a cashless venue. All main concession stands take Visa / MasterCard / Discover and American Express. All merchandise stands take all major credit cards.
Items ALLOWED to be brought in to the venue:
- Small clutch bags (6" x 9")
- Clear bags no larger than 12" x 12" x 6"
- Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable or external zoom lenses
- Food – in a clear, 1-gallon Ziplock bag
- Water – up to 1-gallon in a factory-sealed plastic bottle
Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought in to the venue include but are not limited to:
- Weapons of any kind
- Alcohol
- Illegal drugs/substances
- Glass containers
- Cans and aluminum water containers
- Hard-sided/large coolers
- Large or oversized bags/backpacks, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized backpacks larger than 12"x12"x6"

Live Nation reserves the right to adjust FivePoint Amphitheatre policies at its sole discretion or the discretion of artists without any prior notice.
Parking
GENERAL PARKING: Every ticket includes general parking.
GUARANTEED PARKING: Make parking a stress-free experience with a guaranteed parking spot, right up front with Fast Lane Entrance into the venue just a few steps away. Quick and easy dedicated exit after the show to the main road. Limited number of spaces.
PREMIER PARKING: A premier parking spot that will allow for a quick in and out to any event. Limited number of spaces.
LIMO/RV PARKING: Bringing a Limo or RV? Pre-purchase your tickets. Limited number of spaces. No overnight parking.
MOTORCYCLE PARKING: Motorcycles can park in the main parking lot. There is no additional fee for motorcycle parking.

Please Note: Our parking lots will also be cashless. We accept credit/debit cards and mobile pay. There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on-site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Parking lots typically open 60 minutes prior to our scheduled door time on day of show. Please check the specific event page as this is subject to change.
Drop-Off/Pick-Up/Rideshare
Vehicles will enter from Irvine Blvd onto Lynx. Vehicles will stay on Lynx and make a short left turn towards the rideshare lot. The rideshare lot will be on the left-hand side, adjacent to the Irvine Train Station.
Vehicles will exit in a single lane along Lynx, going back the same way they came. They will continue along Lynx toward Irvine Blvd, where they will turn left or right.
Upgrades
A variety of upgrades are available in advance through our upgrades tab.
Upgrades may also be available day of show, which you can purchase in several places outside and inside the venue. You can purchase available upgrades outside the main entrance at our Box Office, outside our VIP Club entrance at the red and white Upsell Tent, or inside the main entrance at Guest Services.
Traffic Information
Traffic delays should be expected. Please allow ample travel time. To avoid heavy traffic at the venue, plan to arrive at or before the time doors open for your event.
Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement and the venue. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event, we will post this information on our social media pages.

Please note: Our box office will be CLOSED on Monday, 9/18.
Our box office hours are Monday & Friday, from 10AM - 2PM (not open Tuesday - Thursday). On show days, our box office opens at 12pm. The box office is cashless and only accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. No checks or cash will be accepted.
The Marine Way entrance is CLOSED to all traffic. Please follow these directions to access our Box Office on non-show days.

We are an outdoor venue!
Alcohol Policy
FivePoint Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver’s License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol, guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase an alcoholic beverage.
All Access Passes
All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit www.livenation.com to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. The venue Box Office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.
Animals - Service
Animals are not permitted at the FivePoint Amphitheatre with the exception of service animals.
Automobile Assistance
If any assistance is needed with your vehicle, please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider. FivePoint Amphitheatre does not have tow or lockout services on site. Emergency assistance vehicles are permitted on property to assist with lockouts, jumps or tows; but the guest will need to arrange for such services.
Bag Inspections
Clear bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” or small clutch bags up to 6” x 9” (doesn’t have to be clear) are allowed in the venue. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed in the venue, please return them to your vehicle.
Banners and Signs
Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 are not permitted. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests' view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.
Bicycle Parking
Bike racks are located in the main parking lot. All bikes must be removed by the end of the event. FivePoint Amphitheatre is not responsible for lost or stolen bicycles.
Bus Parking
Buses are considered an oversized vehicle. Buses dropping off guests can leave the parking lot and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the event with no additional charge. All buses will be boarded by our security staff to ensure no underage drinking is taking place on the bus. If there is any underage drinking, no one will be able to enter the event. The venue will not issue refunds and bears no expense that will be incurred due to non-admittance. The Irvine Police Department will be on-site assisting in the bus lot to ensure all guests on buses are acting appropriately and within accordance with the law.

Camera Policy
SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1in, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras, so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Camping
The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation, local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Cell Phone Policy
Generally, cell phones are permitted in the venue. On occasions, comedy shows in particular, cell phone usage may not be allowed due to artist requests.
Children
All of our events are all ages. Children (2) and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on the ticket holder’s lap.
Conceal and Carry
FivePoint Amphitheatre does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
Concessions
FivePoint Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of concession options throughout the venue. Including celebrity chef concepts, such as Art Bird chicken, Doghaus hot dogs, Jon & Vinny pizza, Tim Love's brisket nachos, Trejo's tacos, and Volt Burger.
We also offer pretzels, candy, popcorn, fountain soda (Pepsi Products), water (Liquid Death), and Red Bull.
Additionally, we have cocktails in a take-home shaker cup created by mixologist Sean Kenyon! Try the Cherry Bourbon Smash, Strawberry Vodka Lemonade, or Watermelon Chili Margarita.
Credit / Debit Cards
We are a cashless venue. All main concession stands take Visa/MasterCard/Discover and American Express. All merchandise stands take all major credit cards.
Curfew
All shows are set to end at 11:00 PM. Time is subject to change.
Designated Driver Program Presented by Mercury Insurance
Mercury Insurance will provide one free fountain drink for fans who commit to being the designated driver for their party. Please visit the Guest Services booth on the day of show for more information.
Drinking Water
Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size (PLASTIC ONLY, NO METAL OR GLASS CONTAINERS). This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Camelbacks, aluminum containers, and hydroflasks are not permitted.
Emergencies
In the event of an emergency while on site, FivePoint Amphitheatre has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First Aid is located in the concessions circle in a clearly marked tent, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency, we will communicate with guests that are inside the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue.

Entrances
The Main Entrance is located to the right of the Box Office. There is (1) Fast Lane gate located on the far left side of the Main Entrance. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate. The VIP Club has a separate entrance, located directly across from VIP Parking in the main lot. All guests using this gate must have the appropriate ticket.
ADA vehicles can enter any of the 3 entrances and will be directed to designated ADA Parking.
Entrance Times
Parking lots will generally open 60 minutes prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary, but are usually 60 minutes prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.

Fan Assistance
If you need assistance while at an event, please visit our Guest Services booth located on the concession circle.
Fan Mail
We do not accept any packages or letters for an artist. We recommend visiting the artist’s website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.
Fast Lane
For select events, guests can purchase Fast Lane passes via our Upgrades tab. The Fast Lane passes do not permit the guest to enter any earlier than the designated gate time; however, it does have a shorter line. There is (1) Fast Lane gate located on the far left side of the main gates. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate.
Group Ticket Sales
FivePoint Amphitheatre does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show, the only option would be to contact our Premium Seating Department at 323-769-4340. Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes, and VIP club tickets at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law, they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason or no reason. If a guest is denied entry to any event, such guest will be issued a refund of the face value of the ticket for the event.
Guests With Disabilities
FivePoint Amphitheatre strives to ensure that all of our guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here, please make sure you let us know.
- Ticketing - ADA tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order. Look for the logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.
- Day of Show Parking - Accessible Parking is located outside the main gates in the closest parking spaces to the venue. Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. You do not need to have an accessible placard in order to park in this lot, but please be advised that parking is limited. If you do not absolutely need accessible parking, please park in the general lot.
- Guest Service Booth - If you have questions or need assistance, we have a table staffed with customer service employees to help answer questions related to seating or other accommodations. These stations are located in the concessions circle in a clearly marked tent.
- Unexpected Needs - If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
- Interpreter Requests - If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least (3) weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please email FPAAdmin@LiveNation.com to request ASL.
- Accommodations - Accessible restrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are available throughout the concessions plaza.
Hearing Assistance
Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our admin office at FPAadmin@livenation.com prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least (3) weeks notice.

Requests for ASL Interpreter Services must be made no less than (3) weeks prior to the concert date in order for the venue to secure qualified and prepared interpreters. Services are not guaranteed for all events but we will make every effort to accommodate each request.

Lost & Found
If you lose an item while you are at an event, you can visit our Guest Services booth located in the concessions circle to see if it has been turned in. All unclaimed items will be held at the Administrative Office for 30 days after the event. Please call (949) 988-6800 to check Lost & Found.

Any media inquiries need to be directed to our Local Office.
Medical Assistance
First Aid is located in the concessions circle in a clearly marked tent. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here, please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.
Merchandise
Merchandise will be available for all events at our merchandise booths located in the central concession circle. For Festival shows - there will be merchandise located throughout the facility and sold by various vendors. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise.
Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the item before you walk away from the booth. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise.
Police Assistance
Local law enforcement are on site for every event and are responsible for directing all traffic into the venue. On duty law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property.
Premium / VIP Seating
If you are interested in purchasing a floor box, season seats, or VIP club access for the season, please call our PSS department at 323-769-4340, email at VIPLA@livenation.com, or visit our Season Tickets tab.

Re-Entry
Re-Entry is not permitted at FivePoint Amphitheatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Recycling
FivePoint Amphitheatre participates in a venue-wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located throughout the venue. Please recycle where possible.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located on both sides of the concession circle.
Scalping Tickets
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
Security
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are identifiable and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

Security Procedures
All guests are subject to metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please visit the box office and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors. Smoking / Vaping
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed in the venue except for in designated areas, per the City of Irvine code.
Sponsorship / Handouts
All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office. Any handouts or presence on site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site, you will be escorted off property.
Strollers
Strollers are not permitted.
Tailgating
Per Irvine city code, on-site tailgating is not allowed prior to the show.
Taping
Some events do not allow audio recording. Please contact our office prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are never permitted in the venue.
VIP Club
VIP Club Guests will have access to our high end restroom facilities, premium liquor and beer selections, and an excellent chef prepared buffet featuring one of Chef Fabio Viviani’s restaurants. For select shows, a limited number of VIP Club passes may be available for purchase on our Upgrades tab.
If you are interested in VIP Club access for the season, please call our PSS department at 323-769-4340, email at VIPLA@livenation.com, or visit our Season Tickets tab. Neither the administration office nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability.
The VIP club is usually open 30 min. prior to doors and 1 hour after the event ends.
Will Call
Will Call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located next to the Main Entrance. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service - 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you, they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to door time, so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.

VIP Club Guests will have access to our high end restroom facilities, premium liquor and beer selections, and an excellent chef prepared buffet featuring one of Chef Fabio Viviani’s restaurants. For select shows, a limited number of VIP Club passes may be available for purchase on our Upgrades tab.
If you are interested in VIP Club access for the season, please call our PSS department at 323-769-4340, email at VIPLA@livenation.com, or visit our Season Tickets tab. Neither the administration office nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability.
The VIP club is usually open 30 min. prior to doors and 1 hour after the event ends.
Will Call
Will Call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located next to the Main Entrance. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service - 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you, they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to door time, so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
