Open Hours

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00AM to 4:30PM Saturday and Sunday 2 hours prior to performance and intermission on days of shows. (VARIES BY SHOW)

Will Call Info

Available for pickup beginning day of show after 3:00pm at the North end of Box Office. Customer must present actual credit card, order number, and photo ID.

Accessible Seating

Wheelchair seating available: contact box office, infrared listening devices are available. Access doors are on the north and south side of the building. HEARING IMPAIRED: Audio Enhancement is available. Sign language interpretation is available with sufficient advance notice and conditional upon the availability of qualified service providers. Request this service at least one month prior to the performance. Large print programs are available upon request. See an usher for a copy. Handicap accessible doors are on the north and south side of the building.

Parking

University Garage - No fee on weekends and after 5 pm on weeknights

Rules

General Rules: Cameras and recording devices are not permitted.

Child Rules: Everyone, regardless of age must have a ticket Children under 3 are not admitted. For Christmas Performances, children under the age of 3 are permitted, but everyone needs a ticket. We request that children under the age of 6 years of age not be brought to performances, except those labeled “Family” in our brochure or our web site. Infants on laps are only permitted at “Family” shows. All patrons, including infants on laps, must have a ticket.
