Coming to a show? Here's a few things to know before you go!
Ticketed time is when guests should arrive and the doors will open for all events.
There is limited street parking near our venue. For a map of Riverside parking, please see here.
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
Cashless payments will be available at all points of sale and are recommended
For tickets to our shows, you can visit the Box Office at the Fox Performing Arts Center (3801 Mission Inn Avenue) Wednesday - Friday from 12pm-4pm.
On show days, our Box Office opens about an hour prior to doors opening and is located near the front of our venue (3485 Mission Inn Avenue).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash payments. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void and therefore not valid for entry. We recommend purchasing tickets directly via our box office, Ticketmaster or Live Nation only.

Items ALLOWED to be brought in to the venue:
- Bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
- Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable or external zoom lenses
- Signs 8.5" x 11" or smaller only
- Water – up to 24oz in a factory-sealed plastic bottle (Not frozen)
- Vape pens/E-cigarettes (NO refill juice/extra tanks)
Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought in to the venue include but are not limited to:
- Weapons of any kind (including pepper spray)
- Illegal drugs/substances
- Glass containers
- Cans and aluminum water containers
- Large or oversized bags/backpacks, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized backpacks or anything larger than 12"x6"x12"
- Laser pointers
- Animals (except service animals)
- Aerosol cans
- Large metal key chains
- Wallets with chains or chain accessories
- Open containers of any kind
- Unsealed cigarettes
Live Nation reserves the right to adjust Riverside Municipal Auditorium policies at its sole discretion or the discretion of artists without any prior notice.

Can I leave the venue and come back in?
Re-entry is not permitted at our venue. Make sure you don't leave the venue unless you don't plan on coming back.
