Vibrant Music Hall is a brand-new, state-of-the-art concert venue that opened in November 2023 in Waukee, Iowa. The venue hosts a wide range of live events, including concerts, comedy, and private events. Vibrant Music Hall sits at the heart of Iowa’s premier entertainment district, the KeeTown Loop. Developed to meet the needs of our fast-growing community, the KeeTown Loop will be home to many restaurants, shops, and nightlife options, as well as two hotels.
Bag Policy:
- Bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (Bags designated for family or medical use are permitted with additional search)
Parking:
- General parking is available for $15. We are a cashless facility and will only accept credit/debit and/or mobile pay.
We Are Cashless:
- All points of sale will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay)
Mobile Ticketing:
- All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. For more information on mobile entry, click here.
Permitted Items:
- Bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (Bags designated for family or medical use are permitted with additional search)
- Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
- Water – Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) empty water bottle. Refill stations are available inside the venue
- Signs – up to 8.5 x 11 inches (this is the size of a standard piece of paper). All signs must be appropriate in nature.

Northbound traveling on Grand Prairie Pkwy: Use both turn lanes to turn left onto Ashworth Road. For VIP parking, use the Right most turn lane, and for general parking, please use the Left most turn lane onto Ashworth Road.
For southbound traveling on Grand Prairie Pkwy: Turn right at the stoplights at the corner of SE Esker Ridge Dr. And Grand Prairie Pkwy. Follow into the district by turning left onto SE Parkview Crossing Drive.

I need accessible seating. How can I get accessible tickets?
ADA tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through www.livenation.com. Look for the ADA symbol on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.
Where is the accessible parking located?
Accessible Parking is located throughout the Vibrant Music Hall Parking Lots. Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking, and they will direct you to these spaces. We are a cashless facility and will only accept credit/debit and/or mobile pay.
Are service animals allowed?
Registered trained guide, signal, or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside Vibrant Music Hall. Vibrant Music Hall requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods. To better serve you, please contact our office at 515-895-4980 or email info@vibrantmusichall.com to arrange accommodations prior to the show. Upon venue arrival please identify such animals to security and ticket takers.
I am diabetic. Is outside food allowed?
Yes, guests who have a small amount of UNOPENED snacks such as a snack-size pack of cookies, etc. are allowed to bring this item in as a medical exemption.

Where is Vibrant Music Hall located?
We are in the new KeeTown Loop development in Waukee, IA, about 15 minutes west of Des Moines. Our address is 2938 Grand Prairie Pkwy, Waukee, IA 50263.
What local things are there to do while I am in the area for my show?
Vibrant Music Hall is located in the growing KeeTown Loop district that has hotels, restaurants, and more. Check their website for more details on where to go before and after a show here.
Where can I park and what does it cost?
Our main and reserved parking lots are located on the south and west sides of the venue. Both lots are accessible by entering off of SE Ashworth Road, or SE Esker Ridge Drive, just off the Grand Prairie Parkway exit on I-80. General parking is $15 (credit/debit or mobile pay only). What items can I NOT bring into the venue?
Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought into the venue include, but are not limited to:
- No outside food or beverages allowed
- No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm
- Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
- No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind
- No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers
- No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial-use rigs)
- No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
- No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
- No large bags over 12” x 6" x 12”. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. Bags designated for family or medical use are permitted with additional search.
- No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
- No chairs of ANY kind
- This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management
Can I bring a camera to the show?
Generally, the camera policy is set by the artist. In most cases, we prohibit professional cameras, including cameras with detachable lenses, recording devices as well as external flash/lighting. We also do not allow disposable or point-and-shoot cameras. If you have a question about the camera policy for a specific show, please contact us.
How do I get a media pass or photo pass to cover a show?
All passes must be approved by the band/artist's publicist or management. Contact information can usually be found on the artist's website or social media pages.

Do I have to pay a service fee if I purchase tickets at the box office, and if so, how much?
Yes, $4.00 per ticket. The box office will be open on-day-of-show only. If you’d like to purchase tickets, please visit us at www.livenation.com. How can I upgrade my tickets?

Can I buy presale tickets at the box office?
Presale tickets are only available online at www.livenation.com.
Can I buy tickets over the phone?
Unfortunately, you cannot buy tickets over the phone. Please visit LiveNation.com to purchase tickets online.
How do I buy tickets to upcoming shows when they go on sale?
Once tickets go on sale, you can visit LiveNation.com to purchase tickets online. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.
Do children require tickets for a certain show?
Our venue is open to all ages, however, age restrictions may vary by show and are listed on the ticketing page for each event. Visit the event’s ticket purchase page and click “More Info.” If an event is open to all ages, all individuals regardless of age, need a ticket to enter.
Is there Will-Call?
Will-Call or guest list tickets will typically be texted or emailed to the information you provided no later than 2 hours before stated door time. Those on the list for physical tickets will be available to pick up on the day of the show only, starting 2 hours before doors open.
Do you have re-entry?
We have a strict NO RE-ENTRY policy.
