Welcome to GLC Live at 20 Monroe
GLC Live at 20 Monroe, the state-of-the-art venue in Grand Rapids, opened its doors on February 1, 2017. It is a new home for live music, entertainment and special events, GLC Live at 20 Monroe has features that allows the venue to accommodate nearly 2600 patrons for live events and scale down to an intimate configuration for all types of special events. Parking
GLC Live at 20 Monroe is located at 11 Ottawa Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. GLC Live at 20 Monroe has partnered with ParkWhiz to offer easy and reliable parking options! Click HERE to book parking.

Doors Time
Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Bag Policy
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Cashless payments will be available at all points of sale and are recommended.

Our box office is open on Monday AND Friday from 12pm to 6pm. The box office may close on federal holidays.
On the day of an event, the box office opens 2 hours before doors and closes once the headliner takes the stage.
If you need accessible seating, we encourage you to secure it in advance because space can fill up quickly!
The best way to secure accessible seating is by purchasing an ADA seat online here. Look for the ADA icon on the ticket purchase screen. Up to one companion seat is allowed.
If you’ve already purchased non-ADA tickets, you can inquire about accommodations by calling our box office at 616-482-2027 or emailing GLCLiveat20monroe@LiveNation.com.
While we don’t recommend waiting until the show day, you can also speak with a staff member about accessible options when you arrive, and they will accommodate to the best of their ability based on the locations that are available.
FAQs
Are service animals allowed?
Trained guide, signal, or service dogs assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside GLC Live at 20 Monroe. To better serve you, please call our box office at 616-482-2027 to arrange accommodations prior to the show. Upon venue arrival please identify such dogs to security and ticket takers.
Can I smoke in the venue?
Performances at GLC Live at 20 Monroe are non-smoking including but not limited to e-cigs, vapes, etc. in accordance to the State of Michigan law, however we do a dediacted smoking section for our patrons.
Is the venue all ages?
Age restrictions vary by show and are listed on the ticketing page for each event. Visit the event’s ticket purchase page and click “More Info.”
If an event is open to all ages, all people regardless of age need a ticket to enter.
Is there Will-Call?
Will-call or guest list tickets will typically by texted/ emailed to the information you provided no later than 2 hours before stated door time. Those on the list for physical tickets will be available to pick up on the day of the show only, starting 2 hours before doors open.
Is there food at the venue?
For most shows, we have a concession stand in our lobby that offers snack fare such as popcorn, pretzels, and candy.
I left something behind. Do you have a lost & found?
Lost items are catalogued and held for a maximum of 30 days after they are turned in. File a claim for a lost item at our online Lost & Found portal here.

How do I get a media or photo pass to cover a show?
