How do I purchase Amex Presale Tickets®?
During the designated Amex Presale window, select Amex Presale Tickets® as a ticket type. Select the number of tickets and ticket location you would like to purchase and follow payment instructions until purchase is confirmed. The only accepted method of payment is a valid American Express® Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. Amex Presale tickets are available while supplies last. Terms apply.*

How do I get early access to tickets for Harry Styles’ London and Amsterdam tour dates?
To get early access fans need to have pre-ordered* Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally through the official UK or EU music store before 11:59pm GMT on Saturday 24th January.

Fans need to register for early access via the no purchase necessary form hosted on the official UK or EU music store before 11:59pm GMT on Saturday 24th January.

When will I get my presale access code?
If fans have purchased an album or registered via the form, they will receive an email on Sunday 25th January by 6pm containing their presale code, a link to the presale, and details of the tour.
Please ensure to keep the email ready for the presale.
Presale access does not guarantee tickets; it guarantees eligibility to access the ticket presale before general release. Please note, due to high demand tickets are extremely limited.

How does the code work?
The code, along with all details, will be sent to the email address that fans used when making the album purchase.
Please check both inbox and junk mail folders carefully to locate this email.
Codes will be sent out by 6pm GMT on Sunday 25th January 2026.
If fans have not received this code by 6pm GMT, please contact the customer support team by emailing: HarryStyles-UKpresale@bsimerch.com.

I’ve pre-ordered the album, but I have not received my code yet, why?
Each code is only valid for the upcoming Harry Styles UK and EU 2026 tour dates linked on the email containing the presale code. One code is issued per customer, allowing fans to purchase up to 8 tickets.
To redeem the code, follow the link provided in the email. This will lead to the designated presale page. When the presale starts, fans will be prompted to enter their code – please ensure to enter the code into the appropriate box.
Presale access does not guarantee tickets, it guarantees eligibility to access the ticket presale before the general on sale. Due to high demand, tickets are extremely limited. If fans are searching for tickets and the results are “currently not available” that means the presale allocation has sold out. Fans will be able to try again for tickets in the general.

I’ve entered my presale code but I’m having issues completing my order at checkout. What should I do?
If fans are experiencing an issue completing their order, they can submit enquiry here: HarryStyles-UKpresale@bsimerch.com.
Teams will be closely monitoring and answering promptly.

If I order more than one album format, will I get additional codes?
One code is issued per customer, allowing 8 tickets to be purchased per show for this presale. Codes will only be sent to customers that have purchased an album or signed up to the no purchase necessary form via the official Harry Styles music store before 11:59pm GMT on Saturday 24th January.

Will my artist presale code still be valid for the added shows?
Yes: if fans have received an artist presale code for the original dates, they can use your code towards tickets for the new shows.
