How do I sign up for artist presale access to New York shows?
Fans can visit the Harry Styles’s presale sign up page and follow these steps:
- Sign into Ticketmaster Account.
- Select the check box for the shows they would like to join the presale for.
- Review selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
- Click or tap Sign Up.
- Make sure they see the confirmation page.
Ticketmaster will send an email reminder the day before presales with a link to access the presale.
How many shows can I sign up for?
Fans can register for a max of 5 events.
Can I sign up for artist presale to access New York dates if I live outside of the U.S.?

When does sign up close for artist presale?
Registration closes on Sunday, January 25 at 11:59PM ET.
Will signing up for the artist presale guarantee I get tickets?
No, signing up for the presale only allows fans to participate in their selected presales. This does not guarantee tickets.
Can I change my selections after I’ve submitted them?
Yes, fans can edit selections up until the sign up window closes. Once the deadline has passed, submissions are set. Fans can find a link to their selections on the artist’s page on Ticketmaster.com.
How will I know if I have access to the presale?
For fans that signed up, they’ll have access to join the presales they selected. Only fans who sign up in advance can join. Ticketmaster will also email a reminder the day before the sale starts and send an SMS reminder up to an hour before tickets go on sale. Only US and CA numbers will receive SMS reminders.
Can I sign up for the presale if the window has closed?
No, fans cannot join the presale once the sign up window has closed. However, fans do have the option to purchase tickets during additional presales like Amex Presale Tickets® or the general sale.
Is this presale my only chance to buy tickets to my event?
No, fans have the opportunity to participate in other presales when available or the general sale.
