Today, award-winning band Thirty Seconds to Mars released their new music video, “Hail to The Victor," in celebration and support of the live music industry after the COVID-19 pandemic put live shows on pause for over a year. The video features previously unseen footage taken throughout their Monolith Tour where they performed 130 shows across Europe, North America & South America. To coincide with the release of the video, a long sleeve t-shirt is available for purchase on the band’s website with 50% of the profits going to Crew Nation, a global relief fund for live music crew members working behind the scenes.

“For many of us, live concerts aren’t just a fun experience, they are a way of life. And editing this over the last year during covid was a powerful reminder. It made the experience of looking back at our own tour even more impactful. It also gave us immense gratitude, hope and excitement - that bands, artists, venues, crews, and audiences will soon return to stages across the globe bringing live shows roaring back to life.”

Jared and Shannon continued, “This is a love letter to our big, beautiful, crazy family around the world who shared this incredible adventure across the globe with us. To all the contributors, artists, performers and friends - we miss you and we can’t wait to see you back on the road. Here’s to the future.”

Thirty Seconds to Mars, the multi-platinum-selling rock band, has released five studio records, sold over 10 million albums worldwide and their music videos have surpassed 1 billion views on YouTube. They have circled the globe with sold-out shows in nearly 60 countries on six continents to 3 million people breaking the Guinness World Record for the longest-ever concert tour by a rock band.

As the pandemic continues to put many concerts on pause, Crew Nation is extending a helping hand to the touring and venue crews who are in need of support. Live music inspires millions around the world, but the concerts we all enjoy wouldn’t be possible without the countless crew members working behind the scenes.

As Jared Leto tells Rolling Stone, “It’s a great way to help support people who work relentlessly to put great shows together night after night,” Leto says. “Crew Nation is Live Nation’s global relief fund for live music crews. They are doing a great thing by helping the touring and venue crews who are in need of support as Covid-19 continues. We are hopeful and excited that crews, venues, and audiences will return to the stages very soon.”
