Box Office

It depends on each individual artist or performer's policies. Usually, small point-and-shoot cameras and mobile phone cameras are allowed to be used without flash. Cameras with removable lenses on them are considered to be professional length, and are not allowed to be brought into the venue, unless artist has given prior approval to individual. Security will ask guests to leave such cameras in their cars. Audio or video recording is also almost never allowed at concerts unless otherwise noted.

Can I bring my camera?

Unfortunately, as a matter of safety for all our guests, you will not be able to bring your own chair.

Can I bring my own chair?

No. Colorado has an indoor smoking ban. However, we do have an outdoor smoking section.

Covid-19 Information

It depends on the show. Most of our shows are all ages, however some are 16 , 18 or 21 . Please check the specific event page for age limits.If you plan on drinking alcohol, you must bring a valid form of ID. In compliance with CO laws, anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking alcohol will have to show a valid (not expired) government issued photo ID, no matter how old you think you may look. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will be treated as under 21 and will not be allowed to buy, hold, or drink alcohol. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

Do I need ID to enter the venue?

We do. Coat check is available from Fall through Spring. Coat check is located on the northeast side of the building near the restaurant area. Charge is $3 per coat, CASH ONLY.

Do you have a coat check?

&nbsp;No shoes, no shirt, no dice. We also suggest you don&rsquo;t wear open toe shoes (ie. Sandals, flip flops, etc.)

Do you have a dress code?

Yes. We send out weekly email updates that include information on newly announced shows, yet-to-be-advertised shows, exclusive pre-sales, and warnings when certain shows are about to sell out. If you wish to be included please sign up using the text box located at the top of our website.

Is the venue handicapped accessible?

YES! Summit has a fantastic menu with a great variety of options. Summit is also home to the first dine-in Marquis Pizza experience. The menu can be viewed <a style="color: #3665ec !important;" href="http://www.summitdenver.com/food" target="_blank" rel="noopener">here.</a>

Is there food?

There is NO re-entry. If you leave the venue, you will not be allowed back into the building without a new ticket.

Is there re-entry once I am inside?

All shows are general admission standing room only unless otherwise noted. We do have a limited amount of bar tables and stools available on a first come first serve basis.

Is there seating?

If your event is cancelled please return to the point of purchase for refunds. If you purchased tickets online, your credit card will be automatically refunded within one week of the cancellation. If your event is postponed, you will be given the option to refund your tickets or if you choose to attend the rescheduled date, your tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date.

What happens if my event is cancelled or postponed?

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled.

What is your refund policy?

We suggest you be in line before doors open. Keep in mind that no matter how early you line up there may already be people ahead of you in line, and you are not guaranteed any particular spots inside.

What time should I get there if I want to sit?

Depending on bands&rsquo; booking and promotions schedules, new shows are announced all the time. New shows will appear on Summit&rsquo;s website as soon as they are announced.

When do you announce new shows?

There are a number of pay parking lots located around the venue (Costs to park may vary). You can park on the street, but please note the parking meters have a 2 hour limit.

We&rsquo;re committed to doing everything we can to ensure we can continue bringing amazing live concerts to fans. Prior to entry into Summit, ALL shows will require attendees to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event OR full COVID-19 vaccination (at least two weeks after final dose). Proof must be a&nbsp;PRINTED&nbsp;copy of a negative test result or vaccination, or the original vaccination card.

What kind of COVID-19 test is considered a diagnostic test?
A PCR or antigen COVID-19 test will be accepted - please be sure to bring printed proof of your negative test result, dated and time-stamped.

Will at home COVID-19 tests be accepted?
At-home covid test results will only be accepted if there is a link to results you can print from a medical platform.
I have received my first COVID-19 vaccination dose, will my first dose vaccination card be accepted at entry?
Proof of full vaccination requires the last vaccination dose to be administered at least two weeks prior to the event date. If your dose is from a vaccine series that requires two doses, full vaccination status requirement would be met only 14 days after the second dose. For those guests who have only received the first of two doses, proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test will be required, and taken within 72 hours prior to the event date.
How soon to the event date should I take a COVID-19 diagnostic test?
For events that require proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test, most events are requiring the test to be taken within 72 hours prior to the event date. Check the event details page for Health Check requirements for your specific event.
A member of our group is under 12 years of age and is ineligible for vaccination, can he/she still attend an event requiring vaccination?
When an event requires proof of a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination, any unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age will be required to provide printed proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test taken within 72 hours prior to entering the venue.
I am ineligible for vaccination due to underlying health conditions, am I unable to attend an event requiring vaccination?
When an event requires proof of a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination, unvaccinated fans with a valid medical restriction will be required to provide printed proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test prior to entering the venue.
Do you require a specific type of COVID-19 diagnostic test?
Events require proof of either a negative PCR or antigen COVID-19 diagnostic test.
Will I have to wear a mask?
Guests are encouraged to wear a mask if they&rsquo;d like to.

COVID-19 Testing Or Vaccination 

Please note that all shows are currently requiring all fans to provide PRINTED proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event OR full vaccination for entry.&nbsp; All fans must have received a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72-hours before entry to the facility and provide printed proof of a negative result prior to entering the venue. Or, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) and provide proof of vaccination - either the original vaccination card or a printed copy of the vaccination card.&nbsp;
For maximum convenience, you may schedule your on-site 15-minute rapid test (simple front-of-nose swab) now. Your results will be uploaded to your phone to get a Green Pass for entry.

Bag Policy

All 2021 events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print (for previously scheduled shows where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honored accordingly).&nbsp;
You have two options to access your tickets:
1. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by downloading the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.livenation.com/mobile/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Live Nation App</a>.&nbsp;
- Click My Tickets and select your upcoming show.
- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!
- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry

2. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by visiting&nbsp;<a href="https://concerts.livenation.com/member" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Live Nation on your mobile browser</a>.

Purchase tickets for a group? Arriving separately?&nbsp;<a href="http://help.livenation.com/ticket-delivery/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Transfer tickets</a>&nbsp;directly to friends and family using the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.livenation.com/mobile/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Live Nation App</a>. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.
- Using the Live Nation App or your phone's web browser, sign in to your account.
- Select the desired order and tap Transfer Tickets (event eligibility may vary).
- Select the ticket you'd like to transfer. Add the recipient's information and send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket.
Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time at the venue. Increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning. Lastly, make sure you have a fully charged battery!

Mobile Ticketing

The CDC strongly recommends that all fans who are not fully vaccinated continue to wear face coverings unless they are actively eating, drinking or are otherwise exempt from having to wear a face covering.
Fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a face covering.

Mask Requirements

Beginning on June 1, we plan to operate at 100% capacity based on current restrictions.
Please be respectful of your fellow fans and their personal space during your time with us.

Capacity

Enhanced protocols have been instituted throughout the entire venue. &nbsp; Before and after each show all high touch areas, including seats, handrails, concessions stands, restrooms and merchandise stands will be disinfected.
Clorox&nbsp;Hand&nbsp;Sanitizing Dispensers&nbsp;will be located prominently throughout the venue.&nbsp; Each unit will be checked every 30 minutes to ensure the units have adequate product.
Clorox&nbsp;Disinfectant&nbsp;wipes&nbsp;will be readily available in high-touch areas, including bathrooms, dining &amp; picnic tables, bars and concessions areas throughout the venue.

Enhanced Cleaning + Sanitation

If you feel sick, stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19, which can include the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.
