The Fillmore Auditorium offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue.&nbsp;A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will have their ID checked inside the main entry or at the bar and will be given a wristband in order to purchase alcohol.&nbsp;All guests in possession of alcohol must have the appropriate wristband.

All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guest have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle. Please be aware of our new CLEAR bag policy no larger than 12&rdquo; x 6&rdquo; x 12&rdquo;.&nbsp;

Bag Inspections

Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.

Bike racks are located on the sidewalks surrounding the Fillmore on Colfax and Clarkson.&nbsp;Additionally, the nearest Denver B-cycle locations are at 14th and Ogden, and 16th&nbsp;and Sherman.&nbsp;The Fillmore Auditorium is not responsible for lost or stolen bicycles.

Bicycle Parking

Due to the ongoing global pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and venue staff members, the box office at Fillmore Auditorium will be open from 12PM-6PM on FRIDAYS only. In addition, the box office will be opening 3 hours before doors on show dates. SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.

The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.&nbsp;

Camping

Cancelations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancelation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancelation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Generally cell phones are permitted in the venue.&nbsp;On occasions, comedy shows in particular, cell phones usage may not be allowed due to artist requests.

Most shows at the Fillmore Auditorium are 16+ ONLY.&nbsp;For 16+ shows, ALL GUESTS must be at least 16 years old and will be required to show valid government ID to prove age and identity.&nbsp;Underage guests will NOT gain admission on 16+ shows even if accompanied by an adult.&nbsp;&nbsp; On occasion, an event will be listed as All-ages.&nbsp;Only for those events, guests of all ages are welcome.&nbsp;For these events, all guests must have a ticket regardless of age.

When weather dictates a coat check area is available inside the main entry to the right side adjacent to the Merchandise area on the South end of the building.&nbsp;$5 per item fee.

Water fountains are located near the main entry on the South end of the venue (after entry at main doors, to the left) and adjacent to the restrooms on the lower level on the East Side of the building (after entry at main doors to the right and follow restroom signs)&nbsp;Outside beverages including water are prohibited at the Fillmore Auditorium. Camelbacks or similar bladders and empty bottles of any kind are NOT allowed.

Drinking Water

In the event of an emergency while on site-&nbsp;The Fillmore Auditorium has trained EMTs to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located near the VIP desk on the Northwest corner of the building - behind the stage to the left side when facing the stage.&nbsp;Any staff member with a radio can also dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous or potential crowd related issues. In the event of an emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. Employment Opportunities

There are a total of three&nbsp;entrance gates to the facility.&nbsp;The main Gate at the corner of Colfax Ave. and Clarkson Street is&nbsp;available for use regardless of the ticket type. There is an auxiliary gate accessed on the Southeast corner of the building near the Box Office that is open as needed based on traffic.&nbsp;VIP Club and Box Holders have a separate entry gate located on the Northwest corner of the venue on the Clarkson Street side of the building.&nbsp;All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket.

Fan Assistance

The Fillmore Auditorium will do our best to get any fan mail sent to the venue to the appropriate parties. We cannot guarantee that any package or letter will be given to an artist. We recommend visiting the artist’s website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.

Gate times vary, but are usually the time listed on the ticket and are usually 1 hour prior&nbsp;to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times.

The Fillmore Auditorium does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show the only option would be to contact our Premium Seating Department at 303-837-1024.&nbsp;Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.

Group Ticket Sales

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. Media Relations / Press Passes

First Aid is located adjacent to the VIP desk behind the stage on the left side of the venue when facing the stage (Northwest corner of the venue).&nbsp;We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have an ambulance on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator please go to our First Aid area&nbsp;and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.

Medical Assistance

Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Concert Gear booth located just inside the main entry doors to the right side on the South end of the venue.&nbsp;All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.

There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owners expense.

The Fillmore Auditorium sells Parking online per event and if available can be purchased https://livemu.sc/3zgxRJT.&nbsp;We also occasionally work with a parking company to sell parking on-line when available.&nbsp;Please check Ticketmaster for availability. On-street parking may be available in the vicinity of the Fillmore.&nbsp;Please pay attention to signs for regulations on each block as they do differ throughout the area.&nbsp;Additionally, some local businesses make spaces available for sale and there are a number of pay parking lots between the Capitol and the Fillmore. Please do NOT park in a business lot that does not have an official representative on site to collect for parking as many nearby businesses tow. The Fillmore encourages use of public transportation and Uber&nbsp;to get to and from events.&nbsp;

Parking

Local law enforcement are on site for every event.&nbsp;On Duty law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor we will secure them.

If you are interested in purchasing a floor box, season seats or club access for the season please contact our PSS department at 303-837-1024. Neither the venue receptionists nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability for these boxes.

Premium / VIP Seating

The Fillmore is on the #15 Colfax RTD&nbsp;line with a stop across the street.&nbsp;The #15 is also accessed from the Colfax Ave. light rail stop.&nbsp; Ride share passengers can be dropped off near the front gates on the corner of Colfax and Clarkson.&nbsp;

Public Transportation

Re-Entry is not permitted at The Fillmore Auditorium. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

The Fillmore Auditorium&nbsp;participates in a venue wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located though-out the venue. Please recycle where possible.

Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.

Per the Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act, smoking of any kind including cigarettes, cigars, and vaporizers is prohibited inside the Fillmore Auditorium. Per Colorado Amendment 64, public use of any marijuana product in public spaces including the Fillmore Auditorium is illegal and is not tolerated.&nbsp; The designated smoking area is outside the front doors, to the left of the main entry when facing the entrance.&nbsp;Exit only the doors that are marked as "Smoking Section." We appreciate your cooperation

Smoking

All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office- please call 303-837-0360&nbsp;and ask to speak with someone in sponsorship. Any handouts or presence on site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site you will be escorted off property.&nbsp;Guests distributing unapproved outside event flyers inside the Fillmore will be removed from the event without refund.

As the Fillmore does not operate any parking, tailgating is prohibited on the public streets and private parking lots in the area.&nbsp;&nbsp;

All shows will go on rain, snow, or shine. As an indoor venue, we are generally safe from weather. Please note that early-arriving guests who decide to line up before door time will not be able to access the venue prior to appointed door time in case of inclement weather.&nbsp;In the unlikely event that an artist is unable to perform due to severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages. Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located on the Colfax side of the venue on the Southeast corner of the building. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchasers name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000. Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets. If tickets or passes are being left for you- they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.

We&rsquo;re committed to doing everything we can to ensure we can continue bringing amazing live concerts to fans. Prior to entry into Fillmore Auditorium, ALL shows will require attendees to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event OR full COVID-19 vaccination (at least two weeks after final dose). A PCR or antigen COVID-19 test will be accepted - please be sure to bring printed proof of your negative test result, dated and time-stamped.

Will at home COVID-19 tests be accepted?
At-home covid test results will only be accepted if there is a link to results you can print from a medical platform.
I have received my first COVID-19 vaccination dose, will my first dose vaccination card be accepted at entry?
Proof of full vaccination requires the last vaccination dose to be administered at least two weeks prior to the event date. If your dose is from a vaccine series that requires two doses, full vaccination status requirement would be met only 14 days after the second dose. For those guests who have only received the first of two doses, proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test will be required, and taken within 72 hours prior to the event date.
How soon to the event date should I take a COVID-19 diagnostic test?
For events that require proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test, most events are requiring the test to be taken within 72 hours prior to the event date. Check the event details page for Health Check requirements for your specific event.
A member of our group is under 12 years of age and is ineligible for vaccination, can he/she still attend an event requiring vaccination?
When an event requires proof of a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination, any unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age will be required to provide printed proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test taken within 72 hours prior to entering the venue.
I am ineligible for vaccination due to underlying health conditions, am I unable to attend an event requiring vaccination?
When an event requires proof of a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination, unvaccinated fans with a valid medical restriction will be required to provide printed proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test prior to entering the venue.

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12&rdquo; x 6&rdquo; x 12&rdquo; and/or small clutch bags (4.5&rdquo;x 6.5&rdquo;).&nbsp;

All concession, bar and ticket sales, once in the venue, &nbsp;will only accept&nbsp;credit or debit cards and/or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).&nbsp; Cashless payments are encouraged for ticket purchases&nbsp;at the box office. Cash to card conversion will be available inside the venue, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

Cashless Payments

All 2021 events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print (for previously scheduled shows where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honored accordingly).&nbsp;

- On your mobile phone, visit&nbsp;<a href="https://concerts.livenation.com/member" target="_blank" rel="noopener">livenation.com</a>&nbsp;in your web browser and select My Tickets.
- Sign in and select your desired order.
- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!
- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry.

Purchase tickets for a group? Arriving separately?&nbsp;<a href="http://help.livenation.com/ticket-delivery/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Transfer tickets</a>&nbsp;directly to friends and family using the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.livenation.com/mobile/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Live Nation App</a>. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.
- Using the Live Nation App or your phone's web browser, sign in to your account.
- Select the desired order and tap Transfer Tickets (event eligibility may vary).
- Select the ticket you'd like to transfer. Add the recipient's information and send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket.
Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time at the venue. Increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning. Lastly, make sure you have a fully charged battery!

Mobile Ticketing

The CDC strongly recommends that all fans who are not fully vaccinated continue to wear face coverings unless they are actively eating, drinking or are otherwise exempt from having to wear a face covering.
Fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a face covering.

Beginning on June 1, we plan to operate at 100% capacity based on current restrictions.

Enhanced protocols have been instituted throughout the entire venue. &nbsp; Before and after each show all high touch areas, including seats, handrails, concessions stands, restrooms and merchandise stands will be disinfected.
Clorox&nbsp;Hand&nbsp;Sanitizing Dispensers&nbsp;will be located prominently throughout the venue.&nbsp; Each unit will be checked every 30 minutes to ensure the units have adequate product.
Clorox&nbsp;Disinfectant&nbsp;wipes&nbsp;will be readily available in high-touch areas, including bathrooms, dining &amp; picnic tables, bars and concessions areas throughout the venue.

Enhanced Cleaning + Sanitation

If you feel sick, stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19, which can include the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.
