Make sure to RSVP for the festivals you plan on attending using this form. Festival Passport 2018 holders may access this form using the password provided to them in the welcome card, which they will receive upon purchase of the Live Nation Festival Passport.
If there are additional festivals you would like to attend after completing the RSVP form, contact FestivalConcierge@LiveNation.com or IntlFestivalConcierge@LiveNation.com - no less than (1) week prior to the festival start date to confirm attendance for non-camping festivals and no less than (2) weeks before festival start date to purchase a camping space and confirm attendance for festivals with camping.
You should receive your Festival Passport within 2 weeks of purchase.
If you would like to attend a festival before your Live Nation Festival Passport arrives, please contact the Festival Concierge at FestivalConcierge@LiveNation.com to attend a festival in the U.S. or the International Festival Concierge at IntlFestivalConcierge@LiveNation.com for all non-U.S. festivals to ensure your name is on the list at Will Call. If your name is not on the list at Will Call, you will not have access to the festival.
Confirming attendance is mandatory. Failing to RSVP may result in denied entrance on-site. You can RSVP by completing this RSVP form no later than one (1) week prior to the first festival you want to attend, using the password found in your welcome materials.
If you decide you want to attend any additional festivals that you did not include in the original RSVP form, you can RSVP by notifying FestivalConcierge@LiveNation.com for U.S. festivals or IntlFestivalConcierge@LiveNation.com for international festivals. You must RSVP no later than one (1) week prior to each festival you want to attend.
If you want to attend a festival that has camping available, you must submit your RSVP no later than two (2) week prior to that festival to purchase a camping space and confirm attendance.
Unless specifically detailed for a particular festival, on-site camping costs are not included with the Festival Passport and will be your sole responsibility. Please review this GA list or VIP list to find out if on-site camping for a particular festival will be included with the Festival Passport.
Once at the festival site, please present Will Call box office staff your Festival Passport and photo ID to pick up a ticket or wristband.

Transportation, airfare, hotel accommodation, camping* and any other expenses are not included.

To purchase and reserve a camping spot:
For U.S. festivals: Contact FestivalConcierge@LiveNation.com no less than (2) weeks in advance of each applicable festival to purchase a camping space and confirm attendance.
For festivals outside of the U.S.: Contact IntlFestivalConcierge@LiveNation.com no less than (2) weeks in advance of each applicable festival to purchase a camping space and confirm attendance.
Only the person whose name is on the Live Nation Festival Passport may use it to enter a festival. Live Nation Festival Passport holders must present their Festival Passport as well as a piece of government-issued photo ID to Will Call box office staff. The name on your Live Nation Festival Passport must match the name on your photo ID
If your friends would like to accompany you, they must purchase tickets separately.

If you lose your Festival Passport, please immediately contact FestivalConcierge@LiveNation.com or IntlFestivalConcierge@LiveNation.com. Your Festival Passport will be deactivated and a new one will be sent to you as soon as possible. Blank passports will be revoked.
No, your Festival Passport does not require activation before use. Once you confirm your attendance via this form or by contacting FestivalConcierge@LiveNation.com for U.S. festivals or IntlFestivalConcierge@LiveNation.com for festivals outside the U.S., you’ll need to present your Live Nation Festival Passport to Will Call box office staff with a piece of government-issued photo ID to pick up a ticket or wristband. Make sure to wear your Festival Passport when you attend a festival!
