Green Day's first nationwide tour launched in 1990 following the release of their debut album "39/Smooth." Their record "Dookie" propelled them into stardom in 1994, landing them slots at big festivals like Woodstock '94. As they got bigger, so did the stages they played. By 1996 they were playing in massive stadiums and by the 2000s, they were touring with bands like Blink-182. To date, GD have performed over 1,600 concerts in over 40 countries.
