How can I learn about the status of my Live Nation Red Carpet order and other related merchandise?
Live Nation Red Carpet customers can call 1-800-353-0568 from the hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST Monday through Friday to inquire about all questions related to the Live Nation Red Carpet package, including order status.
With our Red Carpet Concierge Services, you and your guests will be ushered into the VIP Parking area, after which you can do everything from take a pre-show tour of the venue or choose to go straight up to our VIP Club for a quiet place to entertain comfortably before the show.
From here, it’s on to your seats, which come complete with our Concert Concierge Services. Enjoy the show Red Carpet style.
