A: Please call 1-800-745-3000 to get availability and to purchase tickets by phone.
Q: What are the fees associated with buying a ticket?
A: The Box office charges a $5 service charge on all tickets purchased. If you are purchasing online or at any other outlet, the service charge is based on the price of the ticket and can range anywhere from $2-$26.
Q: Where is parking located near the Venue?
A: There are two parking lots at The Old National Centre, one on Alabama St., the other is on North St. There is also metered parking on the street and several other parking lots around the facility.
Q:How do I use the Priority Pass that I purchased & what do I get with it?
A: For Egyptian Room General Admission shows only: your Priority Access Pass gives you early entry into the venue & priority access to the Old National Centre Lounge. The Lounge is open 2 hours prior to show time. Doors for an event vary depending on the show. Please call the venue for specific door time. No waiting in line with your Priority Pass. You may enjoy food & drink in the Old National Centre Lounge while waiting for your opportunity to crash the barricade with early entry into the concert. If you show up after the doors have opened, no need to worry! You may cut the line & enter the venue right away! Also included with your Priority Access Pass is your 2 for 1 coupon good for your choice of non-alcoholic beverage & a $5 discount on “Rock like an Egyptian” venue merchandise. It is not valid for artist merchandise.

A: The Artist VIP Package should have a description in the information online. The packages vary from show to show.

The Box Office is open 12pm to 6pm Monday through Friday and 10am-2pm ON Saturdays. If there is an on sale outside of our regular business hours we will still be open for sales at the scheduled on sale time. On show days the Box Office opens approximately two hours prior to show time and remains open until 30 minutes after the scheduled performance time.
(M-F 12:00pm to 6:00pm; SAT 10:00am-2:00pm)
