Customers need to show Photo ID, confirmation number and credit card used at the time of purchase. Will Call can only be released to the person's name who is listed as the ticket purchaser.

Public Transportation is not available.

Parking is available on the Toyota Pavilion grounds and surrounding areas.

FROM NY:
Take I-80 WEST to I-380 NORTH to I-81 SOUTH. Follow to Exit 182 and make a left off of the exit.
FROM PHILADELPHIA:
Take the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike (I-476) North to Exit 115 ( Wyoming Valley). Pick up I-81 North. Follow to Exit 182 and make a right off the exit.
FROM BALTIMORE:
Take I-83 North to I-81 North. Follow to Exit 182 and make a right off the exit.
FROM WASHINGTON DC:
Take I-95 to the Beltway, 695 North. Take I-83 North to I-81 North. Follow to Exit 182 and make a right off the exit.

Prior to April 2nd, Box Office will be open on sale days only, from 10am-5pm if falls on weekday or 10am – 1pm if falls on weekend.

Starting April 2nd we will be open every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-5pm plus on sale days.

We will open full time for the season on April 29th, M-F from 10am-5pm plus on sale days.

Box office accepts Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Traveler's Checks, American Express and Discover.

Children 2 and under are free. The child must sit on your lap if you have reserved seating.

Concerts are held Rain or Shine.
Items NOT allowed include: alcohol, food or beverages, audio equipment, pets, cotainers, coolers, weapons, of any kind, fireworks and laser points. Blankets may or may not be allowed, depending on the show and will be decided upon a show to show basis.
Low profile beach chairs with a seat height of no more than 9" are allowed but may be changed on a show to show basis. Chairs are also available to rent at the venue.
Small Umbrellas are allowed.
(1) factory sealed 20oz bottle of water per person is allowed
(1) gallon clear ziploc bag of snacks per person.
Disposable cameras and personal digital cameras that do not have any detachable zoom lens or flashes are normally allowed, however this policy can change at any time, based on the preference of the artist.

Camera Policy:

Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.
