Box Office hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM, excluding major holidays.
The Box Office is open on NOON on show days.

There is a $12.00 per ticket service charge when purchasing at the Box Office. This includes (for most shows) general parking.

Children under 2 are free on lap. Two years and older need a ticket.

No tables, barbecues, glass containers, cans, alcoholic beverages, coolers, backpacks or oversized bags, weapons, stickers, large lawn chairs, umbrellas, audio or video recording equipment, iPads/GoPro cameras, or professional cameras will be permitted.

Limited food will be permitted inside the venue. All food items must fit in a clear plastic bag, no larger than 1 gallon in size. One bag is allowed per guest.
One factory sealed plastic bottle of water (not frozen) is allowed per guest. It must be 20 oz or less. No other beverages will be permitted.

Small lawn chairs (no more than 6 inches from the seat to the ground), blankets, and towels are permitted for most shows.

Non-professional cameras with fixed lenses are permitted for most shows at artist discretion.

Per City of Irvine code, there are no alcoholic beverages permitted in the parking lot. This is strictly enforced by the Irvine Police Department.
