Patrons who have tickets being held at Will Call may pick up their tickets on the day of the event. Patrons must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a valid photo ID and the order number.
Beacon Theatre will not accept Will Call tickets from individual patrons

Beacon Policies and Amenities:
Bag Searches: The Beacon Theatre asks all guests to arrive early and travel light. All persons and bags are subject to search. Bags that have passed inspection must fit comfortably under your seat. Oversized bags are prohibited. The Beacon Theatre does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings. We are not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.Smoking Policy: As required by the City of New York, guests shall not smoke anywhere in our facility.
Concessions: Beverages and snacks are available for purchase.
Restrooms: Located downstairs and on the balcony. Accessible Unisex / Family restroom is located in Box Office lobby.

Monday - Saturday 11am - 7:00pm
If an event starts before 1pm, Box Office will open 1 hour before event start time.
If an event starts after 6:30pm, Box Office will remain open 1 hour after event start time.Sunday - CLOSED
If an event takes place Sunday - Monday, Box Office will open at 1pm or 90 minutes before the event start time (whichever is earlier) and remain open 30 minutes after event start time for Will Call and tickets sales for the evening's event only.- Payment Options
