For most shows, general parking is included in the price of your ticket. The parking lots typically open 2 hours prior to the stated show time.

VIP Parking: $20.00 Per Vehicle

Ashley Furniture HomeStore Pavilion is now offering VIP PARKING for all events. VIP Parking is $20 per CAR, and $40 for Buses, Limos and RV's. Enter the VIP Parking Lot from 79th Ave.

All shows are RAIN OR SHINE. This is an outside amphitheater with a cover over most of the 100 and 200 level seating. All seats are subject to weather conditions.

Smoking is not allowed in the seating or lawn. A designated smoking section is located in both the East and West plazas.

A full concession menu is available on site. Beer, Wine, and other specialty cocktails are available with proper ID.

Ashley Furniture HomeStore Pavilion is located west of downtown Phoenix, off Interstate 10. Exit off I-10 at 75th, 83rd ave or the HOV 79th. Turn right/north; the venue is approximately 1/2 mile north of Interstate 10 between 79th and 83rd Avenues.

Open on show days from 10am until headliner takes the stage.

Box Office Accepts CASH, VISA, MC, AMX. The Box Office has a $6.00 service charge for all reserved seats, and a $6.00 service charge on LAWN seating.

What to Bring / What Not to Bring

We want you to bring everything you need to make your visit to Ashley Furniture HomeStore Pavilion the best. Our list of items to BRING or NOT BRING are designed to be fair to everyone and meet a combination of safety goals including providing smooth access into the venue when we have large crowds. Our goal as your host is to provide an atmosphere that allows for the maximum enjoyment of the entire audience and we apologize in advance if some restrictions may cause you any inconvenience. The items below may vary from show to show, but this listing can be useful as a general guide. If a certain item (listed or unlisted) is essential to your concert enjoyment, please call our administrative offices at (602) 254-7200 on the show day for specific information on the show you plan to attend.

For most shows, the following items are allowed:

* Binoculars, Seat Cushions, Ponchos, Rain Jackets, & Sunscreen. Blankets, SMALL Umbrellas, and non-professional cameras are allowed for MOST shows.
Low Profile Chairs (seats no higher than 9") will be allowed to be brought in for lawn seating. Low Profile lawn chairs are also available for rent onsite.
* Water: One sealed bottle of water allowed per patron. Please limit approx. 1.5 liter (50 ounce) bottles.

What not to bring:

* Alcohol, Bottles, Coolers, Illegal Drugs, Laser Pointers, Lawn Chairs with seats higher than nine (9) inches off of the ground, Pets (except service animals), Professional Cameras, Recorders (audio or video), STROLLERS and Weapons of any kind.
* With safety as a primary goal, you may be subject to search at certain events. Ashley Furniture HomeStore Pavilion reserves the right to refuse admission.

Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.
