The Box Office is open Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
On Sunday at 10:00 AM on event days. The Box Office closes 1/2 hour after show ends.

To better accommodate your needs, DTE Energy Music Theatre has requested that all accessible seating ticket accommodations be solicited only through their representatives. Tickets can be picked up at the Box Offices 90 minutes prior to the show/event Will Call tickets may be picked up at any of the box offices where the event is scheduled.
Bring a picture I.D., the credit card used to purchase the tickets also the confirmation number are required.

Traffic Control Fee:
A $3.00 traffic control fee is added to each ticket
Parking lot opens at 4:00 for most shows
Parking for disabled guests is located outside the east entrance.

Easily accessible off I-75 at Sashabaw Road, in Clarkston, Michigan (Exit 89) There are two entrances off of Sashabaw Road just north of I-75. The north drive is located at the base of our large “DTE Energy” marquee sign. The entrance just south of the marquee sign is our South Drive and is primarily for VIP & Disabled parking.

Exit I-75 at Sashabaw Road and go south approximately 100 yards to Waldon Road. Go left (east) on Waldon Road to Pine Knob Road. Go left (north) on Pine Knob Road to DTE Energy Music Theatre gates.

Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Event Days: 10:00 a.m. - 30 minutes after event conclusion

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, Personal checks can only be accepted 7 days prior to event with proper I.D.

Children age 2 & over must have a ticket. (Subject to promoters discretion)
