On event days Monday through Saturday Will Call opens two (2) hours prior to the start of the show and closes (1) hour after the start of the show.

On event day Sunday Will Call opens two (2) hours prior to the start of the show and closes (1) hour after the start of the show.

Will call tickets can be picked up on the night of the show only.Customers much have the actual credit card used to place the order, photo ID and their confirmation number.

Tickets may NOT be dropped off or left for other guests.

The Wilbur Theatre will validate customer parking at Archstone Boston Common Garage at 660 Washington St.

In person validated discount parking is also available when you enter after 5:00 pm and exit before 6am weekdays and all day Saturdays and Sundays from 6am to 6am.

To receive the discount be sure to take your ticket with you and have it stamped at The Wilbur Theatre Box Office on the night of the performance.

The vehicle entrance to the garage is located at 660 Washington Street. Pedestrian access and the Cashier Station | Parking Office are located to the left of the garage entrance.

Turn Right At Kneeland St. Turn Left At Tremont St.

Take Exit 24 A-B-C On The Left Toward I-93s/
Quincy/ S Station/ Concord Nh/ I-93 N.
Take Exit 24a For S Station. Keep Left At
The Fork To Continue Toward Kneeland St.
Turn Left At Tremont Street.

The Box Office is open Monday through Saturday from 12:00PM to 6:00PM
