Tickets purchased on the DAY OF THE EVENT may only be picked-up beginning 2 hours prior to showtime at the NORTH Box Office.

Please bring actual credit card use to purchase the tickets, the confirmation number and valid photo ID.

American Airlines Center charges a $5.00 per envelope fee for outside will call. This fee will be charged for all third party events. The fee will not be charged for Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars or Dallas Vigilantes games. Suite Holders and Platinum Club members will not be charged the fee. All others dropping off will call at the American Airlines Center Box Office must pay the fee.

Parking is located on site and the charges are:

Blue Parking : $15.00-$20.00
Green Parking : $10.00
AudiPark : $15-$20
Orange Lot (G-Lot) : $20.00-$25.00 (when available).
Parking passes may be purchased in advance at the box office or at all TicketMaster outlets, charge by phone or on-line.

Box Office visitors should park in lot F during non-event hours. When All Star Way closes, Box Office visitors can park briefly on N Houston St, north of All Star Way.

Check out the new kiosk by the American Airlines Center Box Office and avoid lines at the box office! The Ticketmaster kiosk in operation 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You can pick up your Ticketmaster will call and buy tickets for American Airlines Center events at the new kiosks located beside the American Airlines Center on the northeast corner. Picking up your will call is easy! Just tap the will call button on the main screen and swipe the credit card used for the purchase. The tickets will print automatically when your credit card is verified.

Most events (some family shows may be excluded) children 2 yrs and over are required to have a ticket.
