Venue Details

  • Plenty of well-lit parking on-site. General Parking is included in the ticket price. VIP Parking (paved parking lot – EZ Out) available in advance for $29.99 per vehicle. VIP Parking will also be available the day of the concert subject to availability. Paved, special needs accessible parking is available near main gate. There is no re-entry, so leaving pets in vehicles is highly discouraged. Camping on site is prohibited. For information on shuttle services and alternative routes visit www.rivergiver.com .
  • Professional cameras (cameras that can utilize detachable lenses), video, and audio recording devices are prohibited.
    Disposable cameras and digital cameras may be allowed. Photography policies are subject to artist approval and vary by event; please check the sales page for the event in which you are interested for more information.
  • Camping is not permitted on Amphitheatre property.

  • The White River Amphitheatre offers a variety of beer and wine to our guests who are of legal age. Guests must show a valid photo identification to purchase alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is served in designated areas only. Outside alcohol is prohibited.
    Guests from other than the US or Canada must show a valid official passport to purchase alcoholic beverages.

  • The venue is staffed with trained medical personnel throughout the facility, as well as a fully equipped First Aid room near Gate 5.

  • Seasonal Box Office Hours:
    Sat: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (No service fee during this time)
    On event days, venue Box Office opens when parking lots open. Service charges may apply to tickets purchased on event days. Venue Box Office is adjacent to the amphitheatre's main gate.
    Types of Payment Accepted:
    American Express, Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover, and Cash. Debit cards with Visa or Mastercard logo accepted. No personal checks.
  • Will Call tickets are available to be picked up from the Box Office when parking lots open on event days. All guests picking up tickets at the Will Call windows must show photo identification.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Smoking is prohibited in the reserved seating areas.
  • The consumption of alcohol in the White River Amphitheatre parking lot is prohibited and strictly enforced.
    Guests are welcome to picnic in their vehicles and enjoy food and non-alcoholic beverages.
    Grills are not allowed.
  • The venue is fitted with experienced security personnel, as well as local law enforcement.
  • Metro Bus service is limited.
    RV's and buses and other large capacity vehicles are welcome at no additional charge.

  • Children two and under are permitted inside the venue free of charge. All other children must have a ticket.
  • Items allowed in this venue include: Backpacks and bags (subject to inspection), blankets, binoculars, factory-sealed 20 oz bottled water (one per person), low profile beach chairs (seat of the chaIr must rise no higher than 9 inches from the ground), snacks and other food, soft-sided coolers, strollers (if child is present) and small umbrellas. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
    Venue also rents chairs for $5.00 each. (Limited quantities available.)
