• Patrons of Verizon Wireless Theater may park underground in the Theater District Parking Garage. The event parking price is $7.00. Special daytime holiday events parking price is $9.00.
• A full service concession facility, provided by Aramark Company, is located inside the venue.
• Merchandise will be available for sale in the venue foyer throughout the performance.
• All Guests must wear shirts, shoes, and pants.
• Monday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Closed Sundays (except on show days, where we open at 12:00 p.m.)
• The Verizon Wireless Theater provides wheelchair accessible seating, as well as seating considerations for the sight and hearing impaired. Please check our seating map to locate these areas.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue. Re-entry is only allowed for special circumstances and must be approved by a staff member.

• The facility is fitted with three full service restrooms.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Tailgating, open alcoholic beverages, open fires, and the selling of merchandise are not permitted in the parking lots.
• The Verizon Wireless Theater offers ATM services to our guest located outside the theater. Please ask permission of a security guard before leaving the building to go to the ATM in order to be re-admitted.
• Will Call can be arranged for pickup at the Box Office.
• Babes in arms (children up to two years of age) may enter free of charge, but must sit on an adult's lap for the performance. All other children must have a ticket.
• The Verizon Wireless Theater offers alcoholic beverages to our guests who are of legal age and possess a valid Texas identification. No outside alcohol in containers will be permitted inside the venue. No alcohol can be carried outside the venue except in the designated smoking patio.
• Refunds are available at point of purchase only when specifically noted. Otherwise, there are no refunds or exchanges for any unused tickets.
• The venue comes equipped with a first aid station located in the foyer near the venue entrance. For more pressing medical concerns, please speak to a Five Star security staff member.
• The venue is staffed with Five Star Security personnel stationed throughout the venue.
• Smoking is not allowed in this venue. Smoking is permitted in a designated outdoor area before the doors open for each show.
