• Please call (317) 249-2710 and ask for about our VIP services.
• The VWMC Taco Bell Box office is open from 12:00 pm until the last intermission on event days. The Box office will also be open for dates of on-sales. Guest should plan on arriving one hour prior to the on-sale to participate in the lottery system. Guest will select a numbered ticket, a ticket will be drawn and guests will be lined up numerically according to the number drawn. Tickets are not available on a first come, first served basis.
• There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets.
• Will call is available at the Box Office during regular hours. To claim will call tickets, you must present a valid photo ID.
• Ushers, Maintenance, Parking, and Security are all hired on a seasonal basis. More info can be obtained at vwmcemployees.com.

  Take I-65 South to I-465 East to I-69 North to Exit #10, turn left to Bergen Blvd and then make a right to the venue.
  
  Take I-69 South to exit #10, turn right to Bergen Blvd and then turn right to the venue.
  
  From the south:
  Take I-65 North to I-465 East to I-465 North to I-69 to Exit #10, turn left to Bergen Blvd and then turn right to the venue.
  
  Take I-74 west to I-465 North to I-69 North to Exit #10, turn left to Bergen Blvd and then turn right to the venue.
  
  From the east:
  Take I-70 West to I-465 North to I-69 North to Exit #10, turn Left to Bergen Blvd and then turn right to the venue.
  
  From the west:
  Take I-70 East to I465 North to I-69 to Exit t#10, turn left to Bergen and then turn right to the venue.
  
  Take State Road 238 (Greenfield Road) to Boden Road, turn left to Gate #2 entrance at venue.
• Enter Gates #1 or #2 with your state issued tag and proceed to the VIP Parking Lot.

• Cab service is available to the venue.
• Parking is available and included in your event ticket. VIP Parking is available for $20.00.
• Limit two per person. Cut off time is one hour prior to event end time and is subject to change without notice. No outside alcohol is allowed in the venue

• Children two and under do not require a ticket.
• Shirt, shoes and pants are required for entry.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Point and shoot digital cameras are allowed when approved by the artist. No professional cameras are permitted in the venue.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: aerosol cans and mace, beach balls, frisebees, toys, glass bottles, cans, tall beach chairs, chains, spikes, containers of any kind, coolers, jugs, fireworks, horns, knives, weapons, guns, laser pointers, outside liquor, signs, banners, and pets.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
• Reserved seating is a non-smoking area. Smoking is allowed on the lawn and in the plazas
• Tailgating at VWMC is not permitted
• The venue policy is as follows; snack or picnic food in a 1 gallon, clear plastic zip lock bag; 1 Liter or smaller bottled water which must remained sealed until you have entered the venue (for some shows the caps may be removed per artist request), lawn and beach chairs are permitted so long as the seat bottom is no taller than 9” off the ground (please no tri-fold chairs). Please note: these guidelines are subject to change and are on a show by show basis without notice.

• Four ATMs are located at the venue.
• Aramark operates all food and beverage services.
• Seals Ambulance Service and EMTs are on-site for every event
• Merchandise is available through EMI at three locations.
• ADA accessible parking is available via gates #1 or #2 in the main lots.
  
  Parking fees are included in the price of your ticket. VIP Parking can be purchased for an additional $25 for vehicles and $35 for limos. Please make sure to show your pre-printed premier parking passes to the parking attendants so they can direct you to the correct lot. We apologize, however VIP Parking is not available for RV’s. ADA accessible parking is available with state issued accessible parking tags and verbal communication. Accessible parking can be accessed through gate #1 or gate #2.
  
  After parking your vehicle, please take note of the color and number of the lot you are parked in so that you may easily find your vehicle at the conclusion of the show.
  
  VIP Parking is available for purchase at www.livenation.com. The VIP Parking lot can be accessed through gates #1 or #2. It is the closest lot to the main venue entrance and is the first lot to exit upon conclusion of the show. Upon arrival at the venue, please display your VIP Parking ticket so that attendants can direct you to the correct lot. VIP parking is ONLY available to season ticket holders.
  
  There is no overnight parking at the VWMC.
  
  Motorcycles are parked near the “white house” at gate #2. Buses and RVs will be directed to a designated area off of gate 3.
  
  VWMC encourages guests to make sure they lock their vehicles and to stow important personal belongings in their trunk.
  
  Please do not arrive before the parking lots are scheduled to open as you will be turned away.
  
  
• Restrooms are located throughout the venue.
• Security is provided ESG Security to ensure the safety and comfort of all fans along with members of the Hamilton County Sheriffs Department.
