• A full service concession facility inside the theatre. Our guests may choose from a wide selection of food ranging from hamburgers with French fries, chicken sandwiches, and hotdogs. We also offer snacks such as candy, popcorn, and pretzels. Guests may also choose from a wide variety of soft drinks and juices. Beer and wine are available with proper identification.
• The facility is fitted with full service and special needs accessible restrooms.
• Group seating is available for parties of 20 or more. For more information, please call (704) 549-1292 and ask for the Sales Department.
• Photography policies are subject to artist approval and vary by event. Please call on show day for more information.
• The venue is staffed with both security personnel and police officers stationed throughout the facility.
• All guests picking up tickets at the Will Call windows must show two forms of identification (Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets) and their ticket confirmation number. Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive in the box office approximately one hour before the event start time. Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope.
• The Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre Charlotte is an outdoor amphitheatre located in Charlotte, North Carolina. We have been hosting concerts and special events since the facility originally opened as the Blockbuster Pavilion in 1991.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: Pets (except for service animals), drugs, alcohol, cans and bottles (with the exception of a factory-sealed bottle of water), laser pens, tall lawn chairs, weapons of any kind (this includes pocket knives and wallet chains), and fireworks.
• Merchandise will be for sale in each plaza throughout the performance.
• Babes in arms (children up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. If you are seated in sections 1-15, the child must sit on an adult's lap for the performance. All other children must have a ticket.
• The Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre provides wheelchair accessible seating.
• Camping is not allowed.

• The Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre offers a variety of beer and wine to our guests who are of legal age. Guests must show valid photo identification to purchase alcoholic beverages and there is a maximum number of beverages a guest may purchase per any onetime sale. The Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre has the right to decline sale of such beverage to a guest at any time.
• Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre is now hiring our 2008 Event staff. Part time seasonal positions are now available including: Street Team Greeters, VIP Team Bartenders, Food Runners (must be at least 18yrs old), Ushers, Security, Ticket Takers, Guest Services, Wait Staff, and Parking. Now accepting applications for summer internships in Operations, Sales, Box Office, Accounting, and Marketing.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue. Re-entry is only allowed for special circumstances and must be approved by a staff member.

• Box Office Hours: Monday – Thursday 10am-5pm Friday 10am-4pm If the 1st day of sales for a concert is on a Saturday then the box office will be open from 10am-12noon. Fees: There is a $6 per ticket box office service charge applied to every ticket purchased at the box office. Methods of Payment: American Express, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover and cash are all acceptable forms of payment.
• Parking Information:
  Parking is included in your ticket purchase. VIP Parking is also available for $25 and can be purchased in advance and on day of show. Limo and RV parking is available for $30 and can be purchased night of show upon entering the parking area.
  There is accessible parking available and space is limited to availability. Please see a parking attendant upon entering the parking area for additional information.
• For cancelled or rescheduled events, please return to point of purchase.
• Items allowed in this venue include: Small backpacks (daypacks), pocketbooks, purses and handbags (subject to search), diaper bags and small strollers (if child is present), binoculars, non-professional cameras, low profile beach chairs (9” or less from the ground), umbrellas, blankets, one factory-sealed bottle of water and snack food in clear, plastic gallon-sized bag.
