• The Box Office opens day of show only at 12:00 p.m.
• There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets. Refunds are available only in the event of cancellation.

• Verizon Wireless Amphitheater first opened in August 1981. The amphitheater has played host to the return of The Eagles, the re-united Fleetwood Mac, and is the summer home of the Pacific Symphony.
• 405 South to Irvine Center Drive Exit. Turn right onto Irvine Center Drive. The amphitheater ½ is mile on the right.
  5 South to Bake Parkway. Right on Bake Parkway to Irvine Center Drive. Right on Irvine Center Drive. The amphitheater is ½ mile on the left
• Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities displaying a current state issued disability placard or license plate.

• Guests must be 21 and over with valid photo identification to purchase alcohol. All sales of alcoholic beverages cease one hour prior to the conclusion of the concert.
• Camping is prohibited in the parking lots and surrounding streets.
• All children two years and older must have a ticket.
• Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing wallet chains, or spikes.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Subject to artist restrictions. Please call the amphitheater on show day for additional information.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: audio and visual recording equipment, bottles, cans, weapons, laser pointers, wallet chains, and spikes.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
• Smoking is not allowed in this venue. Smoking is permitted in the concession circle.
• Tailgating and alcohol in the parking lots are not allowed.
• Items allowed in this venue include: one sealed bottle of water (up to 20 oz.), food in a clear, plastic one gallon sandwich bag, binoculars, small purses, and a blanket for lawn seating. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
• Guests in need of ADA accessible seating may call the amphitheater Box Office at (949) 855-8095. Assistive Listening Devices are available for hearing impaired guests. Please contact Guest Services personnel for assistance. Guests in need of interpretation services may call the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater directly with the request at (949) 855-8095.
• Four Washington Mutual ATMs are available within the concession circle area of the amphitheater.
• Hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, Boardwalk Fries, nachos, plus specialty items are available.
• Trained emergency medical technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any guest.
• Three merchandise stands are available within the concession circle area. Stands will feature and sell performing artist approved merchandise. Stands will be open one hour prior to the beginning of the concert, as well as at the conclusion of the concert.
• ADA accessible parking is available within designated spaces located directly in front of the Box Office/main entrance to the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.
• Papa Johns Pizza is available at designated concession stands.
• Men's and women's restrooms are located throughout the amphitheater. All restrooms are ADA accessible.
• Trained security services personnel are available to assist any guest.
• ADA accessible seating is located within the top row of the orchestra seating area.
