• Items allowed in this venue include: one sealed bottle of water (up to 20 oz.), food in a clear, plastic one gallon sandwich bag, binoculars, small purses, and a blanket for lawn seating. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
• Hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, Boardwalk Fries, nachos, plus specialty items are available.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: audio and visual recording equipment, bottles, cans, weapons, laser pointers, wallet chains, and spikes.
• There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets. Refunds are available only in the event of cancellation.
• Papa Johns Pizza is available at designated concession stands.
• Verizon Wireless Amphitheater first opened in August 1981. The amphitheater has played host to the return of The Eagles, the re-united Fleetwood Mac, and is the summer home of the Pacific Symphony.

• Guests must be 21 and over with valid photo identification to purchase alcohol. All sales of alcoholic beverages cease one hour prior to the conclusion of the concert.
• Trained emergency medical technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any guest.
• The Box Office opens day of show only at 12:00 p.m.
• Three merchandise stands are available within the concession circle area. Stands will feature and sell performing artist approved merchandise. Stands will be open one hour prior to the beginning of the concert, as well as at the conclusion of the concert.
• All children two years and older must have a ticket.
• Four Washington Mutual ATMs are available within the concession circle area of the amphitheater.
• ADA accessible seating is located within the top row of the orchestra seating area.
• Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities displaying a current state issued disability placard or license plate.
• Day of show only. Box Office opens at 12:00 p.m. You must have the credit card used for purchase and valid photo identification to pick up tickets.
