- Visit the Theater on a show day or through the Live Nation careers web site.
- Tower Theater was built by architect William Friehofer in 1928. The theater cost a quarter of a million dollars to complete and went up in record time. In the 30's and 40's the Tower hosted vaudeville and movies. In 1974, David Bowie recorded his album David Live at the Tower Theater.
- The Tower Theater is located at 19 S. 69th Street Upper Darby PA 19082 on the corner of 69th and Ludlow.
- The Tower is located 10 minutes from center city Philadelphia. Any of the fine hotels downtown would provide a perfect location to the Tower.
- Guests wishing to drink alcohol must be 21 years of age and provide valid identification when purchasing alcohol.
- For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. For children's theatrical presentations, children under the age of one are permitted to attend without a ticket.
- While there is no specific dress code requirement, we do require our guests to be fully dressed, including shoes.
- Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
- Disposable or digital cameras without a flash are allowed when approved by the artist.
- Items not allowed in this venue include: weapons, alcohol, drugs, laser pointers, markers, wallet chains, banners, flyers, fireworks, outside food or beverage, video or audio recording devices, and film or digital cameras. These restrictions are subject to change.
- Generally, re-entry to the venue after exiting is not permitted. For special circumstances, please see a Guest Services representative.
- Smoking is not permitted in the building. There is a smoking area outside the building near the front doors.
- ATMs are available in the lobby near the front doors.
- Tower Theater offers a wide variety of concert food fare for our guests.
- First aid is located near the front doors. Any staff member can summon first aid upon request.
- Artist merchandise is available for sale for most shows in the lobby.
- Accessible parking is available in the lot directly behind the Tower Theater. There is also limited handicap parking on the heather road and 69th street.
- Restrooms are located on the lower floor and in the second floor lobby.
- National Event Services is located throughout the facility to assist our guests.
- Wheelchairs can access through the front doors. Seating can be arranged for patrons in or out of their chair.
