- First aid is located near the front doors. Any staff member can summon first aid upon request.

- For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. For children's theatrical presentations, children under the age of one are permitted to attend without a ticket.
- Wheelchairs can access through the front doors. Seating can be arranged for patrons in or out of their chair.
- Restrooms are located on the lower floor and in the second floor lobby.
- The Tower is located 10 minutes from center city Philadelphia. Any of the fine hotels downtown would provide a perfect location to the Tower.
- National Event Services is located throughout the facility to assist our guests.
- Tower Theater was built by architect William Friehofer in 1928. The theater cost a quarter of a million dollars to complete and went up in record time. In the 30's and 40's the Tower hosted vaudeville and movies. In 1974, David Bowie recorded his album David Live at the Tower Theater.
- Smoking is not permitted in the building. There is a smoking area outside the building near the front doors.
- Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
