• Parking is handled by Network Parking. Designated handicap parking spaces are located as close to the main entrance as possible.
• Guests must be 21 and over with valid photo identification to purchase alcohol.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: animals (unless assisting an individual with a disability), bottles and cans, fireworks, illegal substances, laser pointers, lawn chairs, spiked jewelry, weapons of any kind including mace or pepper spray.
• A Hard Rock Café and a food court is located in the Tower City Center adjacent the venue.
• The Time Warner Cable Amphitheater Box Office is only open on show days beginning at 12Noon. The House of Blues Box Office serves as our advance box office. House of Blues is located right downtown at 308 Euclid Avenue (Euclid & 4th). Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 10a-7p. If there is a show scheduled at HOB, box office hours are extended past 7:00PM. Tickets are also available at participatingBlockbuster Locations.
• On-site medical assistance is provided by The City of Cleveland Emergency Medical Services. The first aid tent is located near the main entrance.
• Aramark offers a wide variety of food and beverages including hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, pizza, popcorn, ice cream, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

• Smoking is not allowed in this venue.
• Tailgating and alcohol in the parking lots are not allowed.

• Network Parking provides a wheelchair accessible shuttle bus service between Tower City Center and multiple lots around the venue.

• From the south:
  Take I-71 North to Exit #171B or take I-77 North to Exit #163 (E 9th St). Turn right on Orange/Ontario, get in left lane and proceed to Carnegie Ave. Turn left on Carnegie Ave, stay in left lane. Do not cross Lorain/Carnegie bridge. Turn left on Commercial Rd. Look for Marathon Gas station. Proceed down Commercial Rd hill to Canal Rd. Turn left on Canal Rd. and proceed to W 3rd St. Turn right on W 3rd St., the venue and parking are on the right.
  
  From the east:
  I-90 joins I-71 at the inner belt. Take I-90 to Exit #173A (Prospect Ave). Turn right onto Prospect Ave and proceed to E 21st St. Turn left on E 21st St, get in far right lane, and proceed to Carnegie Ave. Turn right on Carnegie Ave and get in left lane. Do not cross Lorain/Carnegie bridge.Turn left on Commercial Rd. Look for Marathon Gas station. Proceed down Commercial Rd hill to Canal Rd.
