• Access to Level 1 directly in front of the stage is on a first come first serve basis. The possession of a General Admission Down ticket does not guarantee your access to this level.
• Event Days: Three hours prior to show time
  Non-Event Days: Closed.
  
  Tickets can also be purchased at the Hollywood Palladium box office on Saturdays from 10am – 2pm with no service fees.
• There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets.
• Will Call tickets are released one hour prior to show time. You must have the credit card used to make the purchase and valid photo identification.
• Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate.
• Metro Rail and buses frequently stop near The Wiltern. To plan a route, please visit www.metro.net.
• Street and garage parking are available near The Wiltern.

• Guests must be 21 and over with valid photo identification to purchase alcohol.

• Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: audio and video recorders, weapons, laser pointers, pens, markers, chains, and spikes.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
• Smoking is not allowed in this venue.
• Items allowed in this venue include: binoculars, seat cushions, bags or purses smaller than 14. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
• Assistive Listening Devices are available for hearing-impaired guests at all Wiltern events. Please visit our front office just inside the lobby for assistance. The Wiltern is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for select concert events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least two weeks prior to the event. Please contact the venue for further information.
• The Wiltern has an ATM machine located just on the left when you first enter the building. For our guests' convenience, most concession stands, bars, and merchandise kiosks accepted all major credit cards, including American Express.
• Located in the main lobby.
• Trained emergency medical technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any guest. First aid offices are located inside the front office.
• The merchandise stand is located in the main lobby area.
• Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate.
• Opus is located on Wilshire Blvd., three doors down from The Wiltern.
• Restrooms are located on each level of the building.
• Trained security personnel are available to assist any guest.
• The Wiltern is equipped with wheelchair accessible aisles to each level. There is also a handicap accessible restroom outside the front office.
