• Children two and under are permitted inside the venue free of charge. All other children must have a ticket.
• The parking lot is special needs accessible and spaces are based upon availability

• Items not allowed in this venue include: Weapons of any kind (this includes pocket knives and wallet chains), alcohol, drugs, large lawn chairs, laser pointers, skates, ice chests, banners, flyers, beach balls, and Frisbees.

• From the North: Take I-65 south to exit #114 Martin L. King/West Street (Exit 114). Follow West Street to Washington Street. Turn west on Washington and continue for approximately 100 yards to the White River State parking garage on the north side of Washington Street. From the South: Take I-65 north to I-70 west. Take I-70 to West Street (Exit 79A). Turn north on West Street/Missouri Street and continue until you reach Washington Street. Turn west on Washington and continue for approximately 100 yards to the White River State parking garage on the north side of Washington Street. • Merchandise is available for sale during most performances.
• Will Call tickets are available to be picked up approximately two hours prior to the start of the show.
• VIP Parking is available for a limited number of vehicles for $15.00 per vehicle. VIP Parking spaces stay reserved until the start of the show and are not first-come, first-serve. VIP Parking spaces can no longer be guaranteed if you arrive after the event begins. Additional parking is available at the Indianapolis Zoo lot.

• The venue is staffed with experienced First Aid personnel, headquartered just inside the main entrance.
• Tailgating is not allowed
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue. Re-entry is only allowed for special circumstances and must be approved by a staff member.
