• Will Call tickets are available to be picked up approximately two hours prior to the start of the show.
• VIP Parking is available for a limited number of vehicles for $15.00 per vehicle. VIP Parking spaces stay reserved until the start of the show and are not first-come, first-serve. VIP Parking spaces can no longer be guaranteed if you arrive after the event begins. Additional parking is available at the Indianapolis Zoo lot.

• The venue is staffed with experienced First Aid personnel, headquartered just inside the main entrance.
• Tailgating is not allowed
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue. Re-entry is only allowed for special circumstances and must be approved by a staff member.
