• From the South:
  Take I-77 North to E 9th Street (Exit 163). Take E 9th Street to Ontario/Orange and turn right. Continue on Ontario/Orange to Carnegie Avenue and turn left. Continue on Carnegie Avenue over the Lorain/Carnegie bridge to W 25th Street and turn right. Continue on W 25th Street past Detroit Avenue until you reach Main Avenue and turn right. Continue on Main until you reach the venue parking lot, which is on the right.
  
  From the East:
  Take I-90 to Route 2 westbound, to the W 28th Street exit (which is in the left lane). Turn right on W 28th Street. Make an immediate right on Washington. Continue on Washington until you reach W 25th Street and turn right. Make a sharp left on Main Avenue and continue until you reach the venue parking lot, which is on your right.
  
  From the West:
  Take I-90 East to W 25th Street exit and turn left onto W 25th Street. Continue on W 25th Street past Detroit Avenue to Main Avenue. Turn right on Main Avenue Pass Detroit Ave.Turn right on Main Ave.Venue and continue until you reach the venue parking lot, which is on your right.

• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.

• The Nautica Pavilion Box Office is only open on show days beginning at 12Noon. The House of Blues Box Office serves as our advance box office. House of Blues is located right downtown at 308 Euclid Avenue (Euclid & 4th). Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 10a-7p. If there is a show scheduled at HOB, box office hours are extended past 7:00PM. Tickets are also available at participating Blockbuster Locations.
• All guests must wear shirts, shoes and pants. Guests may not wear any items (such as long chains and spiked jewelry) that may cause harm to themselves, other patrons, or staff members.
• Group seating is available for parties of 15 or more. For more information please contact Robin Harvey at (440) 247-2722. Group sale inquiries should be made prior to the public on sale date.
• The facility is fitted with full service and special needs accessible restrooms.

• Rock Bottom Brewery is located in the Nautica Powerhouse Complex adjacent the venue.
• The Plain Dealer Pavilion offers ATM service to our guests.
• Merchandise will be for sale throughout the performance near the main entrance. Merchandise transactions are cash only.
• Children under the age of two are permitted inside the venue free of charge, but must sit on adult’s lap for the performance for reserved seat events. All other children must have a ticket.
• Paid will call orders can be picked up only on days of events beginning 12:00 p.m. (noon).
• A Rapid Transit Authority (RTA) location is across the river at Settler's Landing.
• The parking lot is special needs accessible and spaces are based upon availability.

• A full service concession facility is located inside the venue. Our guests may choose from a wide selection of food ranging from hamburgers with French fries, chicken sandwiches, and hotdogs. We also offer snacks such as candy, popcorn, and pretzels. Guests may also choose from a wide variety of soft drinks and juices. Beer, wine, and other specialty cocktails are available with proper identification.
• The venue is fitted with professional security personnel, stationed throughout the facility.
• The venue is staffed with City of Cleveland professional emergency medical technicians. First Aid services are located in a tent near the main entrance.
• Items allowed in this venue include one factory-sealed bottle of water. Please call the venue on show day for updates about permitted items.
