• You must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol. You must obtain a wristband by showing proper identification. Providing alcohol to minors will result in ejection from the venue.
• Fillmore merchandise can be purchased at the venue during all shows.
• Limited street parking can be found in the vicinity of The Fillmore NY @ Irving Plaza. Discounted parking is available at 110 E 16th street after 5 p.m. Parking tickets can be validated at the Box Office.

• The Fillmore NY at Irving Plaza is a General Admission Standing Room Only venue.
• Smoking is not allowed in this venue. There is a designated smoking area outside for use during the show.
• Box Office Hours: 12:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.- Monday - Friday, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Saturday.
• Will Call tickets can be picked up night of show. The Box Office opens the night of show at door time until about 10:00 p.m. where tickets can be purchased for the current concert (if available) and any future shows.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Re-Entry: There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
• Refunds are available in the event that the show is cancelled or postponed and can be obtained at your point of purchase.
• The Fillmore NY at Irving Plaza is located at 17 Irving Place on the corner of East 15th Street Irving Place is located between 3rd Avenue and Union Square East.
  The nearest subway station is the Union Square - 14th Street Station which can be accessed by the 4, 5, 6, L, N, Q, R, or W trains.

• The Fillmore NY @ Irving Plaza can accommodate persons with physical handicaps and wheelchairs. Those needing assistance should arrive to the venue prior to doors and speak with the manager on duty to receive proper accommodations.
• Cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express are accepted. The box office sells tickets for Live Nation events at The Fillmore NY at Irving Plaza, Gramercy Theatre and Roseland Ballroom. Tickets cannot be purchased over the phone from the box office. Tickets may also be purchased through Live Nation.com and Live Nation Callcenter at 1-877-598-8497.
  A $3.00 per ticket fee is charged to purchase Irving Plaza and Gramercy Theatre event tickets at the Box Office for tickets up to $20. For tickets over $20, a $5 per ticket fee is charged. The Irving Plaza Box Office also sells tickets to other Live Nation events at the Roseland Ballroom. Various fees apply
• We have one ATM on premises, but it is not wheelchair accessible.
• Guests under 16 years of age will not be admitted unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: no outside food, beverages or weapons of any sort.
• Point and shoot digital cameras are allowed when approved by the artist. All cameras with removable lenses and/or professional cameras (including digital SLR) must be checked at coat check unless you are issued a photo pass.
