• The Fillmore Miami Beach provides wheelchair accessible seating and seating for guests who have limited mobility but do not use a wheelchair and can accommodate guests with visual or hearing impairment. Accessible seating tickets are subject to availability.
• Security staff is available and stationed throughout all areas of the venue.
• Monday - Friday 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. The Box Office opens at noon for weekend show days only.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the venue. Smoking is allowed in a designated outdoor area on the south side of the building.

• The Fillmore Miami Beach offers a full compliment of alcoholic beverages to our guests who are of legal age. There is a two drink maximum per person at any onetime sale. The Fillmore Miami Beach has the right to decline sale of such beverage to a guest at any time.
• A concession facility inside the theater serves drinks only. Our guests may choose from a wide selection of beer, mixed drinks, wine, soda, and other non-alcoholic beverages.

• Food and drink: Food and drink and souvenir merchandise stand staff are available to assist with transactions at their respective locations. Drinking fountains are located in the lobbies. Interpretive Services: A sign language Interpreter is available. • There are no refunds or exchanges for any unused tickets. Dates, time, and support artist subject to change.
• Camping is not allowed.
• The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theatre opened to rave reviews in October after under going a multi-million dollar transformation. Showcasing the biggest names in live entertainment, this historic 2,600 seat theater combines the rich history and tradition of the Fillmore experience with the energy and passion of Miami Beach.
• Professional cameras (with detachable lens), audio, and video recording devices are not permitted. Disposable or digital cameras without a flash are subject to artist approval and vary by event. Please call on the show day for more details.
• The venue is fitted with fully accessible restrooms located throughout the facility.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
• Tailgating is not allowed.
• The Fillmore Miami Beach offers two ATMs to our guests, located on the first and second floors.
• For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. Guests must go to the Box Office to receive a pass for the child day of show only. All other children must have a ticket. Please note that some events may not be suitable for young children.
• From the North:
  Take I-95 Southbound to the Julia Tuttle Causeway (Exit 4 east, I-195) to Alton Road South. Take Alton Road South to 17th St. Turn left on 17th St. and take it to Washington. Turn left on Washington. The Venue is on the corner of Washington Ave and 17th Street.
  
  From the South:
  Take I-95 Northbound to MacArthur Causeway (I-395 east) to Alton Road North. Take Alton Road North to 17th St. Turn right on 17th St. and take it to Washington. Turn left on Washington. The venue is on the corner of Washington Ave and 17th Street
• Parking is available in the adjacent lots owned and operated by the city of Miami Beach. Street parking is also available. Valet parking is available in front of the theater for $15.00 plus gratuity. Cash only.
• All guests must wear shirts, shoes, and pants.
• The venue is staffed with Miami Beach Fire Rescue paramedics on site for every event.
• Merchandise will be available for sale in the main lobby throughout most performances.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• The parking lot is special needs accessible and spaces are based upon availability.
• Online will call tickets are available to be picked at 12:00 p.m. day of show. A photo identification is required.
