• Capital One Bank Theatre at Westbury provides wheelchair accessible seating.
• A full service concession facility inside the theatre. Our guests may choose from a wide selection of food ranging from hamburgers with french fries, chicken sandwiches, and hotdogs. We also offer snacks such as candy, popcorn, and pretzels. Guests may also choose from a wide variety of soft drinks and juices.

  Take the New York State thruway south to the Cross Bronx Expressway or the New England Thruway (I95) south to the Throgs Neck Bridge. Go over bridge to the Clearview Expressway. Follow to the Long Island Expressway (East). Follow Long Island Expressway to Exit 40W, Mineola. Go to the traffic light and turn right onto route 25. Get into the left lane immediately and make first left at the light onto Brush Hollow Rd. The Capital One Bank Theatre at Westbury is approximately 1/2 mile on the left.

  Take the New Jersey Turnpike north to Exit 13 Elizabeth. Follow to Goethals Bridge. Cross bridge and pick up the Staten Island Expressway (278). Follow 278 to Verrazano Narrow Bridge, cross bridge and follow to Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Follow to Long Island Expressway (495) east to Exit 40W, Mineola. Go to the first traffic light and turn right onto Route 25. Get into the left lane immediately and make the first left at the light onto Brush Hollow Road. The Capital One Bank Theatre at Westbury is approximately 1/2 on the left.
• The Capital One Bank Theatre offers a full compliment of alcoholic beverages to our guests who are of legal age. There is a two drink maximum per person at any onetime sale. The North Fork Theatre at Westbury has the right to decline sale of such beverage to a guest at any time.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: cameras, audio and video recorders, signs, banners, balloons, fireworks, weapons (this includes pocket knives and wallet chains), laser pointers, and animals that are not officially designated to assist guests with special needs.
• Smoking is not allowed in this venue.

• The Capital One Bank at Westbury is Long Island, NY's premiere indoor concert facility. Celebrating its 50th Anniversary, the theatre presents more than 125 live music, comedy and family concert events annually and recently received a million dollar renovation to its public areas. Enhancements to the sound and light systems, the addition of large screen video monitors in the lobbies and the recently completed outdoor deck designed to provide fans with a more comfortable concert experience.
• Will call tickets may be picked up at the Box Office no earlier than 90 minutes prior to the show. Tickets ordered through Live Nation with less than ten days to a specific performance must be picked up at the Box Office as they will not be mailed. All guests picking up tickets at the Will Call windows must show two forms of identification (Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets). No tickets will be released without proper identification.
• There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets.
