    GO GREEN! During the summer months, the Riverlink Ferry operates between Penn's Landing and the Camden Waterfront. Patco has stations in Center City Philadelphia and in South Jersey. Also, NJ Transit's Riverline provides service to the Camden Waterfront all year; check their site for scheduling.

    When traveling by car to and from PA, the Camden Authorities recommend using the Walt Whitman Bridge (see From the South), due to construction and street closures.

    Please note: The Ben Franklin Bridge will be undergoing renovations. Please expect lane closures and delays. Please utilize alternative forms of transportation (i.e. Patco, River Link Ferry) and if arriving by car, please use the Walt Whitman Bridge.

    From the North:
    Take NJ Turnpike, exit 4 Route 73 N, take 295 S to Exit 26. Follow signs for 676, Ben Franklin Bridge - Camden. Take either Exit 4 (Atlantic Avenue) or 5a (MLK Blvd.) and follow signs to entertainment center.

    From the South:
    Take I95 N Exit 19 Walt Whitman Bridge. First exit, right hand side, #354. Follow onto 676, and follow signs to Camden. Exit either 4(Atlantic Avenue) or 5a (MLK Blvd.) and follow signs to Entertainment Center.

    From the East:
    Take Atlantic City Exp. W (approx. 40 miles). It will become 42 N. Follow signs to 676 Ben Franklin Bridge - Camden. Exit either 4 (Atlantic Avenue) or 5a (MLK Blvd.) and follow signs to Entertainment Center.

    From the West:
    76 E (Schuylkill Exp.) toward Central Philadelphia. Exit 344 (Vine St. Exp.) Take the exit for Ben Franklin Bridge, exit ramp make a right at the bottom of ramp. Follow signs to Ben Franklin Bridge. Follow 676 to either Exit 5a (MLK Blvd.) or 4 (Atlantic Avenue) and follow signs to Entertainment Center.

  • Rates are typically $20 or $15 per car for parking.
  • For most events, children under age two are permitted to attend concerts without a ticket. For children's theatrical presentations, children under the age of one are permitted to attend without a ticket. All other children must have a ticket.

  • Entertainment Center grounds and seating are wheelchair accessible.
  • Items not allowed in this venue include: weapons, alcohol, drugs, lawn chairs over 12", laser pointers, skates, wallet chains, ice chests, banners, backpacks, flyers, beach balls, frisbees, fireworks, outside food or beverage (except as noted), video or audio recording devices, film or digital cameras.   • National Event Services is located throughout the facility to assist our guests. Their office is located in the Walt Whitman Lobby.
  • Handicap spaces are located across the street from Entertainment Center.
  • Will Call opens approximately 30 minutes prior to door time for each show.
  • Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
  • There is a wide variety of concert food faire for our guests.
  • For performances that take place during the fall and winter, the Susquehanna Bank Center is a climate-controlled theatre.
  • Guests drinking alcohol must be 21 years of age and provide valid identification when purchasing alcohol.
  • Items allowed in this venue include: food in a clear, plastic, one gallon-size bag, factory-sealed bottle of water (one liter or smaller, one per person), and a low profile beach chair (12"). Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the seating area and lobbies. Smoking is permitted on the lawn and in the plazas.

  • While there is no specific dress code requirement, we do require our guests to be fully dressed, including shoes.
  • ATMs are available in the lobbies and plazas.
  • Entertainment Center holds a job fair for summer employment every spring. Please call (856) 365-1300 for more information.
  • During the summer months, first aid is located at the Walt Whitman Plaza. During the rest of the year, first aid is located in the Walt Whitman Lobby.
  • Assisted listening devices are available at Guest Services upon request.
  • Artist merchandise is available for sale for most shows. Stands are located in each lobby and on each plaza.
  • Entertainment Center has a no refund, no exchange policy.
  • Parking fees are: $20.00 or $15.00 for most events
  • For some shows group sales may be available. Please contact Nicole Banks at (856) 365-1300.
  • Restrooms are located in the lobbies and plazas.
  • Disposable or digital cameras without a flash are allowed when approved by the artist. For shows where cameras are prohibited, guests will be asked to return them to their car.
