Venue Details
- Box Office Hours: Please call (925) 676-8742 option #3 for current days and hours of operation.
- Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
- Smoking is not allowed in this venue. Smoking is permitted in the plaza areas-except for restroom buildings and tents.
- Point and shoot digital cameras are allowed when approved by the artist.
- Forms of acceptable payment The Box Office accepts MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express, Discover, and cash. No personal checks. The Box Office has a service charge of $6.00 per ticket. To avoid the service charge you may purchase your tickets at the Box Office on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Security is provided by our experienced in-house staff with assistance provided by local law enforcement when necessary.
- Merchandise available through the artists on a show-to-show basis.
- Refunds available only in the event of cancellation. No exchanges.
- Will Call tickets are released 90 minutes prior to show time. Please make sure to have valid picture identification and the credit card used to purchase in order to pick up your tickets
- Restrooms are located throughout the venue. If you need assistance with any of the locations please ask a staff member.

- There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
- Items not allowed in this venue include: professional cameras, video and audio recording devices, camping chairs in carrying bags, alcoholic beverages, cans or glass bottles, radios and TVs, laser pointers, sharp or dangerous items (weapons, knives, spiked items, chains, fireworks, and mace), and animals that are not officially designated to assist guests with special needs.
- Children 3 and under are free.
- Volunteer doctors and a fully stocked on-site medical facility are provided by local medical personnel.
- From Sacramento:
Take Highway 80 west to Highway 680. Proceed south on Highway 680 across the Martinez Bridge. Take the Highway 4/ Pittsburg Exit. Proceed east on Highway 4 to the Railroad Ave. Exit in Pittsburg. Turn right on Railroad Ave. This becomes Kirker Pass Rd as you leave Pittsburg. Follow Kirker Pass Rd for approximately three miles. The Pavilion will be on your left. Alternate route: Continue south on 680 passed Highway 4. Take the Willow Pass Rd Exit and turn left. Follow Willow Pass Rd east to Gateway Blvd. Take a soft right turn one block to Clayton Rd and make a soft left turn. Take Clayton Rd east to Kirker Pass Rd and turn left. At the second signal light, the pavilion will be at your right.
From the North Bay:
Cross the Richmond Bridge. Take the Castro St Exit. Follow the signs to the Richmond Pkwy. Take the Richmond Pkwy to Highway 80 east. Take the Highway 4/ Martinez Exit. Take the Railroad Ave Exit in Pittsburg. Turn right on Railroad Ave. This becomes Kirker Pass Rd as you leave Pittsburg. The Pavilion will be on your left.
From the South Bay: Take Highway 680 North. Exit on Ygnacio Valley Rd and turn right. After 8 1/2 miles, the Pavilion will be on your right.
From the Lower Peninsula: From the San Mateo Bridge, take Highway 880 north to Highway 238. Take Highway 580 East to Highway 680 North. Exit at Ygnacio Valley Rd and turn right. After 8 1/2 miles, the Pavilion will be on your right.
From the East:
Take Highway 4 to the Railroad Ave Exit in Pittsburg. Turn left on California Ave. Turn left on Railroad Ave This becomes Kirker Pass Rd as you leave Pittsburg. The Pavilion will be on your left.
From the West:
From the Bay Bridge take Highway 580 East to Highway 24. Follow Highway 24 toward Walnut Creek and Highway 680. Look for the Ygnacio Valley Rd exit near the middle lane as the freeways meet. Take the Ygnacio Valley Rd Exit and turn right. After 8 1/2 miles. The Pavilion will be on your right. - Sleep Train Pavilion at Concord will begin hiring for the 2009 concert season in early spring. - Camping is prohibited in the parking lots and surrounding streets.
- All events at Sleep Train Pavilion feature convenient on premise parking for a small fee included with the ticket purchase.
VIP Parking is available for $40.00. Enter through Gate B and follow the signs. - Items allowed in this venue include: disposable or digital cameras, low profile lawn chairs (height not to exceed 6 inches), small bags or backpacks, small umbrellas (tote size), ponchos or rain coats, seat cushions, snack or picnic food in one clear, plastic gallon size bag (one per person), and, factory sealed bottled water (one per person). Note: These guidelines are subject to change.

- To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present valid photo identification and at least 21 years of age.
- BART info: Take the train to the Concord BART station and catch the shuttle to and from the Sleep Train Pavilion. Service begins 90 minutes prior to each event, and runs every 15 to 20 minutes. Shuttles leave starting 20 minutes after each event. The shuttle takes approximately 20 minutes to arrive at the Pavilion. Visit www.bart.gov for train schedules. Please note there is no shuttle service for parking lot or community events. BART shuttle is $2.50 each way.
- Known as the Concord Pavilion when the amphitheatre opened in 1975, the facility stood as a unique example of community effort and response to the need for a major performing arts facility in the Diablo Valley in northern California. Over the years, the Pavilion has been home to a wide variety of the performing arts, from rock, jazz, classical, country, folk music, and community events. Now in its third decade, the Pavilion is continues to bring the best in live music to the Bay Area and northern California.
