Venue Details
- Re-entry to the venue is not permitted. For special circumstances, please visit a security or Guest Services representative before exiting the venue.
- Restrooms are located in the concession area and Hall of Springs building.
- For every concert event multiple medical teams roam through the venue providing medical assistance as needed. Guests are also able to walk into the medical clinic for assistance which is located behind the concession area.
- Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion..
- From the North via I-87:
Take exit 13N to Route 9 North. Continue on Route 9 for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left into Saratoga Spa State Park. Follow the Avenue of the Pines through the park. Bear right at the fork. Upon exiting the park, turn left onto Route 50 South. Follow Route 50 for 1/4 mile. Turn left for main parking and the main box office, or right for extended parking (walk to main parking and box office over the pedestrian bridge).
From Metropolitan New York, New Jersey and Westchester:
Take the New York State Thruway exit 24 to I-87 (N) See directions above for I-87.
From Western New York:
Take New York State Thruway to Exit 28 at Fultonville, to Johnstown and Route 29 to Saratoga Springs or exit 27 at Amsterdam, Route 67 East to Ballston Spa and Route 50 North to Saratoga Springs.
From Canada and Northern New York:
Take I-87 (N) to Exit 13N. Follow I-87 directions above.
From Central Vermont and New Hampshire:
Take Route 4 West to Schuylerville and Route 29 West to Saratoga Springs.
From Massachusetts and Connecticut:
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to the New York State Thruway. Take Exit 24 of the New York State Thruway to I-87 (N). Follow I-87 directions above. - Courtyard by Marriott - Saratoga Springs

Camping is not allowed in the Saratoga Spa State Park. - For the safely of our guests we ask that guests refrain from bringing pets, roller blades, skateboards, bikes, video or audio recording equipment, grills or hibachis, glass, hard coolers, laser pens and illegal substances. It's a violation of NYS law to carry or possess any firearm, knife, weapon or fireworks on park property.
- Children ages 2 or younger are admitted free to all events. For our patrons with reserved seating and children ages 2 or under, one child per lap please.
- Parking for guests with disabilities is available in the main Route 50 parking lot. Parking spaces are available on a first-come first-served basis and are monitored by NY State Park Police.
- The box office will open May 10, 2009.
Hours are Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 6:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am - 2:00pm and closed on Sundays (unless there is an event in which case it opens at 2:00pm).
On days of scheduled events, the box office remains open until the headlining performer goes onstage. The Hall of Springs Box Office opens two hours prior to performance. - Security is provided by United Services, Inc. If you need assistance while at an event please see any USI security guard stationed throughout all areas of the venue. The security office is located behind the concession area.
- Food and beverages are served in the concession area located at the center of the venue. In addition to items offered through the main concessions service, the following Saratoga Springs local restaurants are on-site for each concert performance: Esperanto, Putnam Market and PJ's BBQ.
- In June 1964 ground was first broken in Saratoga Spa State Park for what would become Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC). Originally intended as a summer home for the New York Philharmonic and the New York City Ballet SPAC was constructed thanks to generous contributions from the Rockefeller Brother Fund, New York State and the surrounding community.
Located in a natural curved bowl surrounded by towering pines the 10-story amphitheater holds 5,000 sheltered seats and is surrounded by a festival lawn that can accommodate an additional 20,000 people. SPAC's largest crowd (40,231) was gathered for the Grateful Dead in June 1985.

- Will Call is located at the Main Box office off the Route 50 parking lot ONLY. We suggest you arrive at Will Call 1-2 hours prior to the show to avoid long lines. Please bring a valid photo ID and your confirmation number.

- For guests who wish to park within the southern portion of the Saratoga Spa State Park please note an entrance fee will be charged.
- All Guests must wear shirts, shoes and pants.
- There are no refunds and/or exchanges. Tickets for cancelled performances may be returned at point of purchase only.
- Artist merchandise is sold throughout the venue for every concert. There are three permanent merchandise stands within the facility and a fourth temporary stand is utilized on select events. Merchandise can be purchased with cash at all locations and credit cards at select locations.

VIP Parking can be purchased for an additional fee and is located in the main parking lot. Additional parking is available in the Saratoga Spa State Park. Please note an additional fee is charged if guests wish to park within the southern portion of the Saratoga Spa State Park.
- The venue has ATMs located in the concession area.
- Smoking is not allowed in the reserved seating section.
- Items allowed in this venue include sealed bottle water, food, blankets, strollers, binoculars, backpacks, purses and lawn chairs. Please note these items are subject to change.

If someone has a medical condition that requires syringes or special medical attention, you should alert the SPAC staff on arrival who will notify SPAC Medical to discuss your needs.
Due to crowd size, accessible carts are not available during Live Nation events.
For all events there is a designated Family Zone on the lawn for guests who prefer to sit in areas that are free from alcohol and smoking. - Beer and wine is served at all shows in the venue's beer garden located behind the main concession area. Guests that are 21 or older will be required to present a valid ID and wear a wrist band before entering the beer garden.
